"Netanyahu addresses Congress in a visit that was arranged by Speaker John Boehner behind the administration’s back" - article

Transparency: Speaker John Boehner has invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to press for an increased conflict with Iran. A profit in war is as good as a profit in peace, except peace isn't the GOP-Tea's business model.

President Obama, and the member nations: United States, Russia, China, United Kingdom, and France, plus Germany of the P5+1, have proposed a verifiable cessation on nuclear armament with Iran and modest trade concessions to help the Iranian People.

Transparency: The GOP-Tea stands ready to take the world to war to prove their Patriotism. (Falsehood, like their BushWars) Ask the GOP-Tea for a Draft and see how quickly they change their war loving.

Currently, the first test of the GOP-Tea controlled Congress of the United States proves one clear and transparent point. Failed wars are becoming a specialty of the war profiteers of the GOP-Tea. Americans are sick of Neo-Con fantasies of world domination and perpetual war to profit themselves and their deceived and deluded zombies.

Funny how the rest of the world sees the same fallacy, the GOP-Tea sickness infects the globe.

The White House just trying to maintain its privileges with petulance, plays well to Jon Stewart crowd, likely.

"Dispatching Cabinet members out of the country", as well as V.P., so they won't be around when Netanyahu arrives. Really? This is what we're paying all these big salaries for?

You might be surprised when you find out that the "rest of the world" sees no difference between the GOP and DNC.

GOP + DNC = MIC.

"Netanyahu addresses Congress in a visit that was arranged by Speaker John Boehner behind the administration’s back" - article

Which is his right, he doesn't need to ask the presidents permission if he wants to invite a leader to speak to congress.

Transparency: Speaker John Boehner has invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to press for an increased conflict with Iran. A profit in war is as good as a profit in peace, except peace isn't the GOP-Tea's business model.

There's a difference of wanting peace and a difference of running with your tail between your legs and sticking your head in the sand and denying that Iran is NOT a problem and that they can be trusted, especially when you are the US closest ally and live right next door to a state sponsoring nation.

President Obama, and the member nations: United States, Russia, China, United Kingdom, and France, plus Germany of the P5+1, have proposed a verifiable cessation on nuclear armament with Iran and modest trade concessions to help the Iranian People.

Helping the people of Iran and relinquishing sanctions is quite another and until the US gets assurances, Obama should worry less about his legacy and worry about the more serious ramifications that could come from his actions.

Transparency: The GOP-Tea stands ready to take the world to war to prove their Patriotism. (Falsehood, like their BushWars) Ask the GOP-Tea for a Draft and see how quickly they change their war loving.

You mean, how the libs are single-handedly destroying America. If you read the news recently, the public is NOT at all happy with how Obama is handling the country, let alone foreign policy. Over 57% of Americans are not please with this admin. performance.

Currently, the first test of the GOP-Tea controlled Congress of the United States proves one clear and transparent point. Failed wars are becoming a specialty of the war profiteers of the GOP-Tea.

It also proves Obama's unwillingness to act on anything and deny that radical Islam exists is also not just proving to be disastrous, but perplexing and dangerous, but helpful for the GOP in the long run.

Americans are sick of Neo-Con fantasies of world domination and perpetual war to profit themselves and their deceived and deluded zombies.

Yeah, that's why the House and recent Senate are GOP controlled because the sea or red did show that. LOL

Funny how the rest of the world sees the same fallacy, the GOP-Tea sickness infects the globe.

Really? I think you should read the news and look at the polls more and less at the liberal progressive sites.

Apparently there is little debate on Speaker John Boehner's intensions. Israel is welcome to shake the voodoo stick at Congress at Speaker John Boehner's request.

Apparently, War, and perpetual War, is the GOP-Tea mandate from their master, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at Speaker John Boehner's request.

The Dictator of the United States House of Representatives, Speaker John Boehner has made his case for Americans. He is in control and there is no room for debate, another deception the GOP-Tea has perfected.

As stated on FOX(propaganda) Speaker John Boehner will have his way whether Americans know or care about his intensions. Good Luck Speaker John Boehner; America has had enough of GOP-Tea Wars of Profit.

Transparency: Some don't know the meaning of the word.

Bring on the Draft GOP-Tea! Your private Wars of Profit have destroyed America. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is just another piece of window dressing, actually, not unlike Colin Powell's role for the GOP-Tea in BushWars. Another liar to sell another War. The Used Car Salesmen of American Politics. The GOP-Tea.

bass -- nonsense. And if you ever watched anything but FOX News you would know it. The fact is that Obama got tremendous positive response to his position on this issue from most countries at the White House conference, and, countries like Jordan -- a key ally of ours in the region -- have publicaly stated they 100% support it. It is only "perplexing" if you are not capable of taking the time to understand the nature of the conflict, rather than wanting to dumb it down for political gains and ratings.

Pure partisan politics on the part of the clueless republicans. Lets face it, if Romney were President right now the USA would have started a war with Iran in part to appease Netanyahu. The republicans are very happy to let him run USA foreign policy as the republicans themselves cannot. The failed Iraq war invasion was cheered on by AIPAC and all of the neocon surrogates who guaranteed a short, cheap war. What we got was a total failure, a long disaster of a war that cost trillions. Why anyone with a decent IQ thinks the republicans can do anything other than start failed wars and surrender foreign policy to a foreign country is simply amazing. This alone is reason enough to never vote republican,

Rhetoric is sometimes a good indicator of Intellect. The Rhetoric of the GOP-Tea is often a substitute for Intellect. It isn't that that is a fault.

Some have swallowed so much GOP-Tea they can no longer see the World except through the intoxication of their faculties.

Sadly, Speaker John Boehner has become drunk on the GOP-Tea. A good man, Speaker John Boehner, cannot test his intoxication with the natural result, A DRAFT!

America will not stand for another War of Opportunity because the GOP-Tea thinks it opportune to rob the US Treasury twice in a decade.

Perhaps Speaker John Boehner will detox when the lunacy of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is greeted with jeers from Americans who will no longer send their children, Fathers and Wives to GOP-Tea Wars.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Apparently there is little debate on Speaker John Boehner's intensions. Israel is welcome to shake the voodoo stick at Congress at Speaker John Boehner's request.

The real vodoo is most definitely the man sitting in the oval office.

Apparently, War, and perpetual War, is the GOP-Tea mandate from their master, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at Speaker John Boehner's request.

So if we give the terrorists Starbucks jobs that will rectify the problem somehow, I see...

The Dictator of the United States House of Representatives, Speaker John Boehner has made his case for Americans. He is in control and there is no room for debate, another deception the GOP-Tea has perfected.

We have 3 branches of government each equal to the other, they all speak for themselves as does Obama.

As stated on FOX(propaganda) Speaker John Boehner will have his way whether Americans know or care about his intensions. Good Luck Speaker John Boehner; America has had enough of GOP-Tea Wars of Profit.

The only propaganda, I sadly fear is that spokespeople like Harf are subjected to spew outlandish lies, painful misconceptions about something that everyone knows is BS in its purest form.

Transparency: Some don't know the meaning of the word.

I agree.

You keep ranting about Bush this and Bush that, the sad thing is, after 6 years that is all and the ONLY thing that liberals have in their personal attack arsenal and sadly nothing else. We have thankfully 2 more years to deal with this madness before we can all breath a gleeful sigh of relief that this Charlatan is No More!

nonsense. And if you ever watched anything but FOX News you would know it.

How do you know that's the only outlet I watch...but you wouldn't know that unless you might be watching yourself? :-)

The fact is that Obama got tremendous positive response to his position on this issue from most countries at the White House conference, and, countries like Jordan

Obama didn't get a tremendous response from the people that matters the most. The pentagon and his military advisors and the military itself have doubts are completely befuddled and astounded that this president is so derelict and indecisive when it comes to ISIS, not to mention giving a time table to the Islamists. Good idea, tell them exactly what your plans are and how long and they just will wait it out. This guy is beyond bad. Again, 2 more years...

-- a key ally of ours in the region -- have publicaly stated they 100% support it. It is only "perplexing" if you are not capable of taking the time to understand the nature of the conflict, rather than wanting to dumb it down for political gains and ratings.

I do agree that the Arabs should leave and I do understand very well, but Jordan only jumped in after one of their own was brutally murdered in a very horrific way as well as the Egyptians, but the Arabs will only jump in, if another Arab country takes the first leap. Let's not forget, Jordan is running out of ammunition and supplies and Obama is not doing enough to re-supply them, not the Kurds, the Israelis. Obama should be giving them everything they need when they ask for it at any given time without hesitation and worry less about his stupid legacy, it's already a heap of...

Pure partisan politics on the part of the clueless republicans. Lets face it, if Romney were President right now the USA would have started a war with Iran in part to appease Netanyahu.

No, The US would stop ISIS in it's tracks and also help one of our closest allies that is living next to a radical country that is intent on destroying them. If Obama weren't partisan, he would never give a time table of fighting ISIS. There you go.

The republicans are very happy to let him run USA foreign policy as the republicans themselves cannot.

Actually, the Republicans are happy that Obama keeps digging a deeper hole and the next 2 years is putting the Dems in the worst possible political position ever. One can only hope so...

The failed Iraq war invasion was cheered on by AIPAC and all of the neocon surrogates who guaranteed a short, cheap war. What we got was a total failure, a long disaster of a war that cost trillions.

And Obama still never addressed the $18 Trillion debt, the constant printing of money and....

Why anyone with a decent IQ thinks the republicans can do anything other than start failed wars and surrender foreign policy to a foreign country is simply amazing. This alone is reason enough to never vote republican,

And yet, that kind of thinking is what put the Dems in the House and the Senate. Please keep on thinking that, so we can have a third.

Kudos bass4funk.

"Yeah, thats why the House & Senate are GOP controlled because the sea or red did show that" LOL- Darn! I wanted to write that.

the libs are single-handedly destroying America.

Yes. It's that simple.

Don't worry. Someday the libs will be taken out by Super Friends.

5 ( +5 / -0 )

Netanyahu and the Repubs make fine bedfellows. They're nuts.

Obama should invite Rouhani for a cuppa at the Whitehouse to cinch the nuclear deal and long awaited rapprochement. Coordination on flattening ISIL would then be a given but the finest thing to watch would be the fundies in Israel and the Gridlocked Old Party foaming at the mouth when peace breaks out.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

GOP and the Christian Right showing where their true loyalty lies: Israel.

Gotta get that Rapture started....

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Lest we forget the fine negotiating skills and give in first mentality of Neville Chamberlain Something Mr. Obama seems to be emulating). We all know where that went.

Lest we forget the fine negotiating skills and give in first mentality of Neville Chamberlain Something Mr. Obama seems to be emulating). We all know where that went.

Hey, Israel is already a nuclear power. Has been for decades now. And there have been times when they were ready to use them. So sicilian maybe you should spend some time worrying about that.

4 ( +5 / -1 )

The arrogance of Netanyahu and his demands. The guy is going above and beyond in smearing the US DESPITE the fact that it gets money, heaps of weapons, intelligence, and other support from the US, and still is going to the US to tell the nation off while demanding they lap it up!

I hope they US just tells the old whacko to shut up and get out, or lose ALL support. Period. Netanyahu is not only taking a dump where he eats, he's then sending it back to the kitchen and demanding they eat his creation.

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Lest we forget the fine negotiating skills and give in first mentality of Neville Chamberlain Something Mr. Obama seems to be emulating). We all know where that went.

Your comparison works the other way too, in fact it's somewhat even more pertinent on the ever expansionist regime under the radical presidency of Bibi, along with their fundamentalists appeasers on the American far right.

Impeding and/or repealing progress is all the dying Republican party has to offer.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

New levels of numbskullism from camp Boehner. The Boehner-ites Bibi-ites may argue over who's most at fault for this fiasco, what's clear is that between the two of them they managed to inflict some real harm on US-Israeli relations with this serious breach of diplomatic protocol.

As Reagan once said (about Israel and Begin), "it is not the business of other nations to make American foreign policy".

As former Secretary of State, James Baker, said, "The speaker of the House has every right in the world to invite whoever he wants to speak to the House; it's a coequal branch of government," Baker added. But, he said, "the executive branch of government really has the primary power and responsibility and authority to conduct the nation's foreign policy. It's not in the Congress, it's in the executive branch. So our foreign policy benefits when there's cooperation and so does the issue of U.S.-Israeli relations."

Reagan wouldn't have put up with this.

3 ( +3 / -0 )

Yeah, well, Reagan would be considered a RINO today. Despite all the tea partiers' Constitution schtick, it's really about the ends for them, not the means - and the means is what the Constitution is all about.

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Netanyahu doesn't have a problem with the U.S. as much as he has problems with Obama personally and yeah, can't say I blame him. If I were Bibi, I'd talk trash about this disaster of a president as well.

I hope they US just tells the old whacko to shut up and get out, or lose ALL support. Period.

That'll never, ever happen. Next to Jordan, they're pretty much the only friend we have in the Middle East and if Obama is as smart as he so claims to be, he would be seriously ill-advised to go that route. Obama isn't that stupid....or is he.....

Netanyahu is not only taking a dump where he eats, he's then sending it back to the kitchen and demanding they eat his creation.

And the same goes for our president.

Really? I think you should read the news and look at the polls more and less at the liberal progressive sites.

Bass, really? "I think you should read the news and look at the polls more and less" at just FOX News. But don't believe me, here is an exerpt from a Huffington Post article of this week:

Unfavorable views of the tea party have nearly doubled over the past two years, making the conservative movement more unpopular than ever,

Just 28% of adults now view it favorably.

You guys keep beating the same drum, and just talking to yourself so much, that you actually start to believe what you are saying is true. But the reality is that your constant stream of negativism has simply worn out its 15 minutes of fame. And parading around Netanyahu to try to emabarrass Obama is just more of the same juvenile thinking.

-2 ( +2 / -4 )

The GOP is bucking protocol to invite a world leader who has been problematic for the US, and doing it very near the Israeli election. It just doesn't come across as a very well thought out move on the part of Republicans.

1 ( +2 / -1 )

Bass, really? "I think you should read the news and look at the polls more and less" at just FOX News.

We went through that earlier. You don't know what I read or watch and it's not all FOX, but how would you know that unless you watch yourself to know what I'm watching.

But don't believe me, here is an exerpt from a Huffington Post article of this week:

I take Ariana's word with a grain of salt, seriously. Now why don't you put up msnbc poll as well to make it funnier. And of course Dems will get a more favorable approval rating in large part because the message that is being relayed back to them is a heavily 99% liberal media circuit outlet, NO surprise and NO big deal. Also you need to understand how polling is done and where it's done and the vast majority of it is done in the big cities which are NY, CA, IL, PA, DC all overwhelmingly liberal States. There is another patch of America that the media ignores and that is the makeup, the heart and majority of America in between and these are the people that threw out the Dems twice. So please don't make that mistake again and think because Ariana speaks for the Hollywood elite and the Silicon Valley freaks that the majority of Americans think like that is a complete ruse, if it weren't, Dems would still control both the House and the Senate, so if that isn't a clear indication of what the people want and the Dems still want to make excuses and make it seem like it's anything other than what the reality is, fine. But the Dems had their chance and for the first 2 years they had it all and wasted it and Chuck Shumer (NY-D) even admitted Dems could have done more, but they were too busy screwing up the healthcare system.

You guys keep beating the same drum, and just talking to yourself so much, that you actually start to believe what you are saying is true.

So why aren't Dems in the House and Senate? Dems and Libs should keep telling themselves that.

But the reality is that your constant stream of negativism has simply worn out its 15 minutes of fame.

Geez, it's been almost 2 moths, you guys had 6 years to screw things up and you have 2 more and you want to jump on Repubs??? ROFL

And parading around Netanyahu to try to emabarrass Obama is just more of the same juvenile thinking.

Actually, Netanyahu doesn't have to worry about trying to embarrass Obama, the president is doing a bang up of a job doing that all to his lonesome self and he didn't need ANYONE to help him with that.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should have one thing one his radar; the 4.3 Billion Israel gets from the US is one cost Americans aren't really interested in paying every year. Israel's constant cries of "Wolf!" are wearing thin, even among Jews in the States.

Speaker John Boehner may have mistaken his role for that of Santa Claus and not the leadership position of the GOP-Tea's war on government. But, as many readers know, the truth isn't the currency of the GOP-Tea.

A consistent drumming from our "small government" friends (read tax breaks for the rich and two wars on credit cards) proves they are suffering from historical amnesia.

A brief reference appears below, however, facts are not of any value to a political party hell bent on bring forward another war on the American people. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu won't be thanked for his 'monsters under the bed' antics Speaker Boehner has asked him to provide for a dog and pony show in The House of Representatives.

"Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan: During the George W. Bush presidency those costs were financed through supplemental spending that was not part of the appropriations process. In short, the funding was kept off the books. . . . honesty and accountability hasn’t whittled away at the deficit in trust. It’s only added to the sticker shock Americans feel — if folks forget how the deficit hole was dug and by whom."

Netan-yahoooo should be more concerned about possibility that one of the Pakistanis nuclear sites fall in the hands of ISIS or similar group. they have stuff that can reach Israel and they would use it to. Even if Iran had a bomb or two the only danger would be that they lose control of it to Terrorists, less chance than Pakistan, Iran has a no mercy security system. Only thing Israel is afraid is that some country could give it an ultimatum to settle the Palestinian question, something they do not have intention to do.

-3 ( +0 / -3 )

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should have one thing one his radar; the 4.3 Billion Israel gets from the US is one cost Americans aren't really interested in paying every year. Israel's constant cries of "Wolf!" are wearing thin, even among Jews in the States.

Millions of Americans feel the same way about overpaying on their taxes and Obamacare.

Speaker John Boehner may have mistaken his role for that of Santa Claus and not the leadership position of the GOP-Tea's war on government. But, as many readers know, the truth isn't the currency of the GOP-Tea.

So what do you call 6 years of that Circus we had with the Ringmaster Harry Reid. Leadership is the furthest thing that would come to mind.

A consistent drumming from our "small government" friends (read tax breaks for the rich and two wars on credit cards) proves they are suffering from historical amnesia.

Amnesia, so when is Obama going to address the $18 Trillion deficit. Also, how is Obama going to compensate for what's going to happen, once we leave and the Taliban comes back?

A brief reference appears below, however, facts are not of any value to a political party hell bent on bring forward another war on the American people. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu won't be thanked for his 'monsters under the bed' antics Speaker Boehner has asked him to provide for a dog and pony show in The House of Representatives.

I believe and hope Netanyahu can do whatever is necessary in his power to persuade congress to NOT lift ANY sanctions on Iran until they realize that without any concessions from them, talks shouldn't move forward.

"Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan: During the George W. Bush presidency those costs were financed through supplemental spending that was not part of the appropriations process. In short, the funding was kept off the books. . . . honesty and accountability hasn’t whittled away at the deficit in trust. Sorry, but Bush is not the problem, hasn't been for more than 7 years. You libs are so desperate to blame others for OBama's blundering, but want to praise him when it seems that he's doing something good. So Libs are selective when it comes to criticizing the president. I think Dems would get a lot more respect if they would put their partisan sleeves on the shelf.
