Great US propaganda. Under tha Taliban heroin poppy growing was nearly banished and the state was almost crime free. Now due to the U.S it is like the wild west. Don't America ever learn? Stay at home and stop destroying our planet!!!

NeilWarnock,
If the Taliban would had handed over Bin Laden for the 9/11 attacks, the US wouldn't have attacked Afghanistan. The US didn't care what happened about the Taliban or Afghanistan; all they wanted was Bin Laden and Al Qaeda.

NeilWarnock: and the state was almost crime free.
I'm sure a lot of religious theocracies are "crime free" areas. Will you be supporting one for your neighborhood? ;)

SuperLib,
Well, they're crime-free because they're freedom-free. Nobody has the freedom to do crime nor anything else. Life is about choices. Is it really better to live where it's crime-free but life choices are decided for you by some other entity?

Addendum: I'd like to live where it's "crime-free" due to people deciding not to do crime by choice.
