    This must be some new and unusual definition of the word that I'm not familiar with.

    No where in the story was the actual name of the holiday mentioned. Today, America celebrates Independence Day, not the 4th of July. The 4th of July is a day on a calenday for every country. Independence Day is an American holiday.

    Sorry. Pet peeve.

    Good riddance, I say. Now if we could only do the same with the Scots and the Northern Irish....The Welsh I can take or leave.
