    I heard some pundit saying it was probably filled with ball bearings or something just to make whoever ends up boarding it look foolish.

    Nobody's boarding any NK ship unless they already know what's on board. And I'm sure the U.S. has a satellite tasked to the North Korean ports.

    That's not to say NK won't try to ship out anti-aircraft missiles in crates marked "Baby Milk Factory".
