Nice assumption that everyone who gets arrested is actually a criminal. It is that sort of police state mentality that is the source of this rapid loss of our civil liberties and privacy rights.

I understand the "we had him but let him go" part. But please tell me how many civil liberties and rights have we lost in the last 8 years. Next they will be bar coding us and installing explosive collars.

Funny to see not to see even one of them with a glib comment here as the bush train-wreck continues to errode what civil liberties Americans retain...
