If this, and not an Al-Qaeda bombing targeting pilgrims exercising their newly found freedom to again visit Shia or Sunni religious sites, is the big story out of Iraq this week it is safe to say the most recent election vindicates leaders like George Bush, Tony Blair and John Howard.
