In the 1980s.... gee, haven´t we been told here repeatedly that all this hatred of the Great Satan was caused by GWB, and before that all was fine and dandy with the relations with the islamic world?

That's right WilliB we have. Don't you know that 9/11 happened after the invasion of Iraq? It's the sole cause of 9/11 that the US conspirators are trying to make it look like the Islamists did it when they know it was the US government itself. Conspirators are smart people. That is how they figure things out. Like fake moon landings and all that crap.
