  I like the way the article mentions the findings of the investigator that "ONLY" 7 civilians died. Only? What the heck?

  Would these same officials put such an insulting word before American deaths? Think of the outrage and furor if an Afghan official said "only" 1 American soldier died describing a death.

  At any rate, I'm sure the pro war crowd will further minimize these deaths, blaming the insurgents/taliban, etc. etc.

  At this late stage of the game, you'd think that indiscriminate bombing is counter productive in that part of the world.

  You would think.

  Afghan muslim civilian deaths just make this war worse, making more people in pakistan/afghanistan increase their violence via anti-america hatred racheted up via Taliban political influence systems.

  The taliban and supporters have more reasons to fight via killing of innocent civilians tragedies.

  War is tragedy, tragic civilian killing news is used to fan the wars even more.

  America and Nato must change strategy completely, to get the support of the tribal people in afghanistan and the FATA taliban infuenced tribal people at pakistan's FATA border.

  Islamabad administrations and Kabul administrations must brige the divides with the pashtuns in FATA.

  The economic divide in FATA tribal taliban areas/Afghan tribal areas is also another major discontent with west backed islamabad/kabul administrations.

  Afghanistan tribal people and Pakistan FATA tribal people can only be won over by their hearts not via wars,killings of afghan civilian and other unmerciful acts by Kabul/Islamabad/Nato/US/west.

  corrections-America and Nato must change strategy to get support of the tribal people in afghanistan. They also need to get support of FATA taliban influenced tribal people at Pakistan-Afghan border(FATA-afghan border areas).

  If we'd have done this job right in the first place we might have Osama caught tried and in prison, we might have the Taliban under control, we might even have ended the war in Afghanistan by now.

  But the way george bush, dick cheney, donald rumpsfeld and the Pentagon did it we probably won't ever see Osama, we may never get the Taliban under control and we got to rebuild Iraq.

  Way to go george. < :-)
