The civil war in syria was CIA sponsered and backed. The one who is on the side of syrian people were Russia and China! What Moscow and Beijiang needs to do is testing ICBM to express their concerns with meaningful actions!

Only Russia deals with Syria. China doesn't care; they'll just abstain, since China does not have any dealings with Syria, like China didn't have any dealings with Libya nor was it with the Libyan people who now rule there.
