USD 60 million not much ,for south korea with 1,000,000 million USD GDP.

The problem is people need to humble and merciful in south korea . North koreans must give thanks to providence/WFP/South korea/others.

NKorea can probably up that to USD 120 mil just by shooting another unarmed tourist.

Good at least they are asking South Korea rather than Japan. Not that I believe for a second that aid will make it to the general populace.

Crazy stuff. NK can afford to develop nuclear weapons, missiles, and put on their communist games extravaganza, but NK can't feed their own people. Somehow, it becomes the expectation that SK should give them food?

In other words, SK should subsidize NK's wasteful government. Crazy.

"Wasteful" is too benign a term. It's more like "malicious".
