They will tell us that this man had a "reason" to do this and the West just needs to take that reason away and we'll never have to worry about men like this again. It's not brainwashing by radicals, it's rational men making decisions that you and I would make if were we in the same position. That's what they'll tell us, in reality becoming a mouthpiece and spreading these lunatics' messages for them while pretending they aren't standing next to an insane human being.

They are totally logical if you are convinced that life on earth is not important, that the only thing that counts is eternal life in paradise with 72 virgins, and that the best way to get to paradise is to die while killing unbelievers.

And you don`t need any selection or brainwashing for that, all you need is a religion that preaches all this, and to take it seriously.

OBL whores out Islam in order to brainwash his people so they will work towards the goal of making a Taliban state in the Middle East with Bin Laden as king. He's killed a lot of Muslims, not just Americans/Westerners. He'll kill anyone who doesn't recognize him as their ruler, it doesn't matter what religion they are or where they are from.

I was using OBL as a generic reference to people such as this since their "reasons" were similar. As far as I know there is no specific link, but the brainwashing these men went through fits in perfectly with OBL's agenda. And I didn't really have a way to describe this group...heh.
