Seek and ye shan't find. Just remember it took the Minamata plaintiffs more than 50 years to get the piddling satisfaction of a small payment.

The moral is, if you seek compensation, better to start when you're young.

the guy (girl) that donated the blood knew that was infected or not.
it was common some 'crazy' people wanted to infect others intentionally.

and in japan with lots of 'maniacs' that follow someone's crime, it would not be surprise if it happened.

the most scare thing is that the system fails and cannot avoid this!?.

why not privately banked auto- donations?

for a fee, you regularily drop a half liter of your own blood in a private facility that stores it for your time of need.

So now what?

How much of this blood is in the Japanese blood supply? Are there plans to retest more blood since the screening process did not work? Shouldn't Japanese people be somewhat concerned about this?
