China proposes creating 4 working groups at N Korea nuke talks

China has been playing a clever game and this has been the root cause of nuke test by north korea.
It is the inablity of JAPAN, US to recognise the genuine SECURITY NEEDS OF NORTH KOREA.They are more interested in defanging North nukes than addressing the security concerns of north korea vis a vis CHINA ( which has invaded vietnam and India) and ofcourse USA which has invaded Iraq just to change regime and usurp its oil.So the talks will fail.

This, as well as your other arguments, have grown tiresome. They are ignored by the people in government who make the decisions, and rightfully so. If you want to protect the security needs of North Korean then by all means donate your money directly to KJI. The US, China, Japan, and South Korea will be working towards the goal which you support (disarming NK) but are too frustrated to admit.

"They are ignored by people in government who make decisions"Norths nukes directly impinges on your security that there is very significant opinion in japanese govt circles that japan should get out of NPT.During Gates nomination as secreatary of defence he stated that Iran behaves in a particular way because Irans security needs are governed by its geography where it si surrounded by nuclear powers Russia(friendly at present),Sunni Pakistan(financed by Saudi arabia),ofcourse hostile Isreal and USA .Unless these concerns are addressed ,Iran will behave in that way to ensure its security.
You are protected by US umbrella but still jittery inspite of Aegies,hawks,pariots etc because of geography.Look at North korean GEOGRAPHY and condition.ruled by a despot,impoverished people, lack of democracy that they will do anything to get out of North Korea which is a vast prison to earn a square meal.the despot knows that and his regime survives on propaganda but also he knows he is vulnerable to attack from china which may teach him a lesson as it did to vietnam.You may be comfortable with peaceful rise of china under US umbrella but we in india as worried about their peaceful rise in which it hold dollars and Yen which can creat chaos in world financial markets that US leaders are scurrying for its favour.It doesnot even ready to give FIG leaf to US with regard to Taiwan.(read shanghai communique).Recently it raised a dormant border row with India( arunachal pradesh) just before its presidential visit.china is even thinking of diverting the mighty Brahmaputra and what india can do?
One has to understand the SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS OF your opponent or even friends if you want peace with dignity or war with peril.
