Well, if you can find content on the web. In Japan at least. Has anyone here noticed that by-and-large, most content on Japanese websites consist of blogs and little else? Seriously, I think 95% of websites based in Japan are freakin' blogs. Beyond the government sites, it's virtually impossible to find any actual information on the Japanese web.
