Can anyone translate into everyday English what kind of polyp that is?

duodenum; "Look up" not literal in the sense of direction.
Intestinal polyp is not pleasant no matter where it's located.

Whats all the fuss about? Most people have these things and dont know it. Its a minor matter, but the Japanese always seem to get their knickers in a twist about these things.
