DBS Bank to open 1st Islamic bank in Singapore

I'm interested. I wonder if they will give loans to non-muslims. I imagine in somewhere like Singapore they would do.

...similar banks operate, you`ll see that they do give loans to non-muslims. But don't dream about that being interest-free. The construct similar mechanism which they think don`t violate God`s law (which was layed down 1400 years ago, in Arabic of course).
They just shuffle everything around a little to satisfy the imams. Because, naturally, everything has to submit under islam, and that includes the banking system.
