Friends, I need your assist on this---no tongue in cheek. What are the ingredients of a regular Japan Mac hamburger? What percentage tofu, meat, veggies, or whatever? Honestly, I'd like to know.

"OK, so I missed breakfast and my tummy was rumbling"

You're not saying you missed a delicious McDonald's breakfast are you? Mac's got a full breakfast menu - they got McMuffins, they got hotcakes, they got bagels, they got salads, they got filet fish sandwiches, they got coffee...
And if you ever find yourself there after 10:30 am and hankering for something from the breakfast menu, just do what I do - put on your Jack Bauer mask and say "I gotta have breakfast NOW - it's a matter of national security!"

So what's all this nonsense about Japanese diet

RE: McDonald's Japan,
shouldn't you call it Donald land?
After all, in Japan, the guy's name
is Donald McDonald. :-)

I had McD's last week. It was one of those, "Hey, I haven't eaten there in over a month so I can be guilt-free about it." moments. I like those.

Wow I am always surprised to see how crowded the McDs are in my area. Saturday and Sunday people will wait in long lines for those burgers.

I still have not had McDonald's in Japan. Very proud of that.

I hope you have other things to be proud of besides not patronizing McDonald's.

Not surpised by the record sales. Anytime I pass by a Macs in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or PRC thay are usually full of locals.

It`s interesting that you say here you like to patronize McDonald`s, but I remember you in a post some time back saying you stay way away from McD`s and "I`m lovin` it."
Which one is it, sarge? You like McDonald`s or you don`t?

Not really, that's about it. My life is very sad and lonely.

Patthatt - I'm lovin' it.

Jeff - Sorry to hear that. You should enjoy a plate of hotcakes and a cup of coffee at McDonald's from time to time.
Also you can tell this joke to the staff:
Q. Who can get breakfast at McDonald's after 10:30?
A. Jack Bauer.
They'll be lovin' it.

Group hug. Good thing the smiles are free.

Asamakku is decent, but you need to be up at the crack of midmorning to score some there.

"Asamakku is decent"

Definitely better than what comes after 10:30.
