Info on 12,000 leaked from Tokyo policeman's PC

Is this the same leak as was reported several weeks ago? I hope so otherwise....BAKA!

Why are the cops using P2P? it's sole use is to trade pirated material either it is porn or music or software.

 

to give the users admin privilages (so they can install crap), like duh. IT people do not trust under power users simply becuase they are ignorant and usually very stupid when it comes to security.

 

The cops have a lot more personal info than just that related to criminal investigations.

I know for a fact that they have every koban has an info list of every foreigner in their town. I heard they have have info on every Japanese resident too, but I never saw that file.

At any rate, I have wonder if the number 12,000 is really all personal info related to criminal investigations.

And to the many people who told me this would never happen, I told you so. The "authorities" are just hairless apes like the rest of us, and perfectly capable of messing up. We have to keep our eyes on them.
