I just can't believe that it had to go to court to expect and receive these essential items and services. <:-)

period of time, I can see where this is a good thing.
Sitting on the runway for an hour and a half, doing nothing but waiting to start my 14 hour flight was enough to raise my blood pressure to critical mass.
If someone would have stabbed an artery, I could have been used as a pressure washer, I was so wound up.

As Ms. Hanni pointed out, it's still all about money. I think the question that has to be asked is "increased security" about increased security or is it a convenient excuse for poor customer service?

Cattle get treated better. They don't have to deal with the Nazi trained Customs.

"Cattle get treated better"

I see some posters here have had "problems" with U.S. Customs officers. This is what happens when you make smart-aleck comments to Customs officers. I have never been treated with anything but professional courtesy myself, but then again, I don't make smart-aleck comments to Customs officers.
