Hate to split hairs, but wouldn't it need to say 'amphibian' no 'amphibious'?

Nope; amphibious is correct. Unless it carries Frenchman, a.ka. frongs.

I wasn't busting on the article's use of the word amphibious. I was picking on Notginger's direct correlation of amphibious with frogs. Never mind...

Thanks... I'll save the money to get wasted on Dotonbori and then laugh at the people who get suckered into it.

I hope it's smoke free and

makes me wonder who would pay 19,560 yen for one hour when a boat cost way less. I see this going down in price in the future.

Are they serious?

have had for years - decommissioned war craft painted bright yellow and called "ducks". A similar trip costs less than £20 - a bit about Y4400. And as a bonus you get to see loads and loads of world famous landmarks. Can't think of anything world famous in Osaka, except maybe the satellite image of Kansai airport, which hardly counts.
