He should try for the PETA poster next time.
According to police, an officer was sleeping in back during the incident but said later that he heard nothing.
Rubbish. He probably heard the man, but thought he could have the damn poster. Gotta get another half hour shut-eye before that next 24-hour shift. And if there's a crime happening next door or anywhere else, he can't hear that either.

Hata smashed the glass panels to remove the poster from the wall and then called police four times, using the phone in the koban. "Why isn't there anyone here? Where are you?" he reportedly yelled.
Hata has huge balls the size of a grapefruit.
Used the POLICE PHONE to call them. Steal property from inside a POLICE BOX. Then continues to TAUNT the police on a public phone.

Oh my god....who gives acrap about this story. With 35,000 suicides a year, men pissing openly on the street in broad daylight, cars zipping through red lights and a dwindling population with couples sleeping in separate beds who have sex less than any other race in the world (with their spouse that is...and inflatible dolls don't count!!), doesn't Japan have anything else to report????
