Yeah great article. Not had a chance to read up much about Taiwan with my Japanese learning at Uni. Definatley inspired me to buy a new history book so i can learn abit more about Taiwana. Thanks again...Still I dislike what China are doing!

How is Japan assisting / funding these foreigners in Japan? Are these programs promoted in Japan Engrish media? Do foreigners have "easy" access to technology grants or extremely low rate loans? Can we apply for these in Engrish?
