It has come to the point of Imbecilic. Those that claim fear ‘’mongering,’’ let it be known that at this point your nothing more than a clown show with interest on parade….Understood?

Speaking of a new interest imbecilic(s), The World Health Organization is gagged by the IAEA (per agreement WHA 12-40 of 1959), and is prohibited from independently issuing statements regarding the health effects of atomic accidents.

So, why the big change of heart IAEA? Why now? Why? Why were you shut out by the NRC to begin with?

Start there cake eaters….then come back and let’s post and talk about ‘’real published’’ proper methods of soil quadrant grid samplings for radiation measurements and trust…and our children.

Why has all information provided never been scientifically conducted and only been made public thru the lame news cast of what is supposable since March 11, 2011? You’re on fire!!! Standby? Apparently, there is a big mouth to feed!!!! It tis you!!!!! Not me.

Sky pilot on your own time and money. Speaking off, let’s launch a cross-functional independent audit team and crack the books of all that is, what was, and will be of that particular government office then proceed across the entire nation to the highest levels. Let’s see how squeaking clean the inshu really are….Government +Transparency = ….Not sure…still seeking an example…here in Japan...But it is what the people are shammed into voting for……right?.....No, I guess that would be considered left….right?

Reminds me of the local scene back about 14 or 15 years ago when a small ‘’Handy Phone,’’ was considered cool. I think I was parading around a Tuka that I used to slap up on the bar and scope out the local girly talent thinking it was way too cool that it was about the size of a shot glass.'' Regardless, I think current applications want a bigger bang with pencil graphic capabilities and that is difficult to do on a Dick Tracy wrist watch in rapid motion. Unless of course it can project a 3-d projection out in front of the user and broadcast your presentation to those in front at desired wrist held angles with a micro battery that really swings a set of knockers on the rhino rack ….Never mind…stay tuned…Yeah…Get back to work!!!! He-he…

Yeah, back in Nam, if you wanted to know VC movement, you talked to the hoes. In the Philippines, if you wanted to know NPA affiliations and potential future targets of U.S.senior officers, (you know you little cake eaters, the kind with a scooter on each side of the car and a diversion in the front), you talked to the hoes. I recommend we build a hoe memorial. For have not all gone above and beyond the call of duty? Yeah, I guess, your right, they are not politically correct. Not in your world...Sinners!!!! But then again, a child or mother never strapped a vest on after a life of pseudo-coaching and set the course for hair, teeth, and eye balls everywhere back in the real world on your alters except 911 plus have they?….right? Once again...Sinners!!!!! keep in mind, the whole situation came to light because an agent refused to pay after finding out that regardless of his good looks, something’s require cash....Cheap Sinners!!!!

First and foremost, why was there a ban in a first place, (WWII spewing crap heads please stand by for a moment and read thru current events)…Does props, submarines, and technology, and the illegal trading of technology from the Sogo-shosha back in the 80’s come to mind? Do you think the system has changed? What safe guards are in place currently for transfer of such technology? Some to none? Should I talk more technical? What? Yeah, another secret handshake newbie trying to make a buck on the open market. Clown Show on Parade Spiff boyzzzzz and the Chambers...The good news is that Lindsey’s killer was denied. Don’t think so? Boy? Time check on the pilot house, mark time…check complete…Hold all trash and garbage on station and damn them for parking the article behind fluff....

And then those with interest will surely post: ‘’stop fear mongering. ‘’ Yeah, only small amounts found in the kelp located THOUSANDS of miles to the west of Japan. Tokyo is safe although located only 200 +/- miles to the south of the plant… Yeah, we remember. There was a north wind blowing south/southwest those first few weeks wasn’t there? Thus resulting in the contamination of green tea in Shizuoka which is located below Tokyo and slightly to the west.

The J-Gov has always posted that there is no ‘’immediate’’ health threat. ‘’Immediate,’’ is the key word people. Sad to see so many Newbies waiting around for the official podium announcement… Sure, life will continue on here. What else are they going to do, refugee the entire north? Clown show on Parade!!!!

Left brain meets the right? Names demanded from all survey participants? The right ops out of methods of data silage due to the risk involved? No skew here man….? Let’s take a look:

''Everything is fine…NOW SIGHN YOUR NAME!!!!''

''I CAN'T SIR, MY ARM IS BROKEN!!!!''

Now you all know why foreign consultancy is a lucrative business here. I should know. Speaking of, JT posters function as data silage also. Except, the ego is paid or broken in only a thumbs up or down lads. Yes, peer pressure is a stroke and you can’t even get an accredited rep point…He-he-he!!! Scroll or Keys?

K-E-I-O, K-E-I-O, K-E-I-O, and aiding and abetting is a crime also. Is it? A man runs out of his condo without shoes and a wallet and disappears into the deep city night with police in hot pursuit…instead of building a blue tarp tent on the river, becoming a raging queen, or swinging himself in the sea of foliage at the foot of most sacred Fuji, he has facial reconstruction and appears to be doing well although his wanted poster is on every other wall in the country!!!! With no shoes and a wallet and on the run?

Most exhalant. A blackball. Shall I shake the pillars? Dance a role play? 14 days and the numbers? We request an international publish Japan. Asking too much? We want to know where all the donated international relief cash has been allocated to, including yet not limited to satisfying the thirst for the sufferings and relief of the north.

Remember, how much for where, and what for?…Your final answer current government of Japan? I am bucking for a visa and will appease you in any international chat form at any time like so many...Answer me please...fast, i am out of time...I have to get up early and spawn Shiitake tomarrow.

It reminds me of the thousands of residents trapped in evacuation shelters for almost a year after 311, pooping and peeing like pigs in a barn, while the world donated millions of Yen yet wondered why the Japanese government and affiliated agencies’ whether public or private that were collecting, never provided a brake down to how the cash was used. Those great champions in the north suffered for more than and year with little than a bento a day if they were lucky for more than a year (on-going plus). Is the Government of Japan too busy to compile an accurate breakdown of donations to Japan? How about the financial institutions that housed the money the people of the world that gave and continues to give? To busy still to provide at least a simple breakdown to where it goes and what it was used for? Really? How could your economic ministry even make a statement in regard to a trade deficit or your economy if they can’t provide more than thanks and donated numbers?
The people of the world gave to those that they observed suffering great loss. Why did it take a year to get those individuals out of the shelter?…Lay the numbers out on the table! All of them!!!! ....Ready for your next degree handshakes?

''And since wind and rain spread radiation easily.'' What more needs to be said…your babies and wives have been sucking it up their nostrils and mouth into their lungs and stomachs all the way to the bone where it radiates for years…. Need some scientific data still? Loshers!!!! Interest played your insensibilities and you deeply wished it would go away…We understand.

Worse yet is when special interest groups find the actual outcome of the situation a less than desirable lucrative proposition of their ongoing investment or profit. Don’t think so? Try us….We will start with each and every chamber all the way to your gramps inshu farm…

This slow let down in public releases over the course of a year is unacceptable. Land the Fu%$er. Once and for all!!!

China’s international relations/rhetoric, and resulting economic boom that many countries fed in the quest of their own financial gain over the last few decades; and it’s sudden need to expand militarily even if it offends:

''Before the army’s watering hole has been reached, the commander does not speak of thirst; before the fires have food on them, the commander does not speak of hunger…..(Second century B.C. tomb; Lini, Shantung Province/Yin Ch'ueh-Shan….New additions to the original Sun-Tzu wooden slates deciphered at dig on Silver Sparrow Mountain).

Wen Jiabao…Japan, the west…remember when you were a little boy and we talked about the Dragon Gate? Has the current become that strong? Have the archers become such a deterrent as to lead you and advisors of the party to spew such provoking words of rhetoric to our world? Is this how senior officials of all governments frighten their people in order to achieve approval by fear mongering and thus stimulating public or party interest for or in negative response to interest and quest? Loshers, all of you, hand me my bow….it is hidden in the wood pile. The Captain

So, I assume my invitation is in the mail already. Why not? Really, ask yourselves? Am I not an International consultant to the Sogo-shosha, the Zaibatsu? Is the one who is I Am not the faceless individual that requires an invitation? Or, am I just a simple thing that for years has carried around an archive that requires a mule to carry fourth a spew of attitude to the mass that slipped through the mail abroad when checking out like some whacked out guy named Julian on acid?

Or, am I just BOHAN—Registered Member; Town Anti-Crime Association—Japan, 2005-Present (Filed with Hayama town police, Japan)?

Chonaikai--Kumicho--Local Community Association Group Leader—Japan, 2010-2011 (Filed with Hayama town Government, Japan)?
