If such family crimes is indeed a frequent occurence then it is important to look deeper into the root cause of the problem, surely there are studies already conducted. Would be good if JT can feature some of them here.

rest in peace little one. if a juvenile committed a crime like this you may still blame it on ignorance; even hardcore and vicious criminals love and protect their own families. Hopefully this is only an isolated case.
