Someone here saying before they bet the suspect MUST turn out to be an asian boyfriend enacting revenge. Never did understand why that person could be so sure.. but following this latest twist that looks less likely now.
Seems these days like going to a us college seems a sure fire way of getting closer to some crazed gunman or killing.
This story did remind me briefly of the j medical drama Pandora box. What had she just discovered in her work?

hands in the air .. at all times ... so you don't get falsely accused as that happens ... even with intent by some women. I wonder if the police will catch or keep an eye out for any of those in a week only.

I wonder what would happen to their good service standards levels?
linking up with air france klm, I wouldn't be too worried ( although don't copy the air france ground staff attitude)
delta worries me about service.
Generally the further west you go the worse airline service you will get.

maybe its more dangerous to not be the reporter but the people that assist them in these places... but i bet the priority will be on collecting the reporter though.

not a complete sucess as is assiant translator was shot. i wonder how easy or what steps are tken by the rescuers to get a positive id before shooting ( if that was the case).
from bbc: "We were all in a room, the Talibs all ran, it was obviously a raid," Mr Farrell told the New York Times. "We thought they would kill us. We thought should we go out?"
Mr Farrell said he ran outside with his interpreter, who AFP news agency reports was a 34-year-old man working in Afghanistan while on a break from university studies in Germany. "There were bullets all around us. I could hear British and Afghan voices," he continued.
The correspondent said father-of-two Mr Munadi advanced shouting: "Journalist! Journalist!" But the translator was shot and collapsed. Mr Farrell said he did not know whether the shots had been fired by militants or their rescuers.

@Burakumin Record unemployment issues being an export country don't the current issues have more to do with the dodgy hot headed work started in the financial industries in the USA and UK. Isnt that where the current recession was started? Not sure the LDP or DJP or the cleaner in the photo could do much about that. I wonder who put the American style "posters " up, are they allowedd to tag there?
