Japanese women I know on short trips in the UK(air stewardess etc) are quite disappointed when they visit H&M in London.... you want to go where? what's so special about H&M? why do you want to there!?... only in special in Japan I guess.

"Macs have a reputation of being machines for designers, engineers, architects, etc."

.... not sure about that.. maybe designers, artists, ...or even students, kids with a nice paycheck from parents, but stops there.

engineers, architects, etc I think mainly use windows or other hiher performance os/specilized packages.

Anyway using windows 7 now, its much better than vista and xp.

i wonder if they will remove the 10 minute restriction on length of video uploads.. hard to find other sites that offer over 10mins.. googlevideo being the most obvious/only(?).. but they are shutting that down now and concentrating on youtube

"With all due respect. If they are so peace loving, I want to see them give up their nukes. Then we can talk about economic help for develop their economy."

lol what a lame argument, plenty of other countries with nukes... also some famous for their shoot first ask questions later mentality.. they used to be more clever.

    Good new???

Interesting to see news reports from different parts of the globe on this one.. maybe telling of the stereotypical proud physche or short term gun ho intellect( read iraq war).. but basically some pirate experts were pleased to hear the first bit of breaking news that the captain was free.. but then when a few minutes later hearing at that time the unconfirmed news that some of the pirates were shot.. they were gravely concerned as this changed the picture of what is happing now, the up shot being worry of tit for tat, the other 200 hostages being killed and possible great decrease in world trade - seuz canal an easy target (a decrease in trade just what the world doesn't need now). The point being that the story is maybe bigger than the few headline stories cherry picked finishing with this problem started 20 years ago by ignoring the solami problem and lack of access or hope of commerce.

Of course a job presumably executed well and one that will give the guy in charge of what ever country some good pride air time with the home audience.. but part part of the bigger picture is it the right strategy for the good of the world.

Can Christianity, Yews, and the Western world coexist peacefully?

... having recently seen a bbc documentary online of a church of englang vicar travelling the world to learn about 80 different faiths, it was evident that the world could learn alot from east asia and certain countries abilities to have multiple religions that compliment each other... ie you can worship more than one religion, its not your either one of them or one them or your either with us or without us mentality..etc.

I can think of other countries where this would have more impact... mmm Japanese to me seem to be not so keen to have old or 2nd hand cars(relatively speaking). Also reminds me of the comments of japanese abroad who are suprised at the number of broken down cars on motorways/highways in the europe (might besomthing to do with all the second hand cars or poor servicing of new?)

"would have the army marching through the rubble of Seoul" "and would have every right to do so"

answer with your own quote: "This is the real world kiddies"

...no army has "the right" to march through any other territory.
