    In Japan: Yes should be illegal. The status quo is currently better than the alternative. Elsewhere: Depends - they have different social issues some from the attitude of already ignoring the use of or "not seeing" all the effects of the use of it.

    mobile data fees... all depends on the service providers attitudes. Working in a few countries i found that although the mobile data tech existed (for some years now) it took some countries years to switch (and still haven't) to switch from the minutes and texts is the only package arrangement…
