sorry should be ""why are they NOT dropping aid from planes like you see from America do in other disasters?"

I'm hearing more stories from people on the ground near the area of dire food shortages and medical help. So even they survived, now there lives are in danger or dying even in the evacuation centres.
"why are they dropping aid from planes like you see from America do in other disasters?" is what I've heard. "please get more aid from the outside world, the nuclear plant is not the main problem"
Trying to check this on news wires, but see little news of this. Unfortunately the world media has latched TOO MUCH on the reactor whilst people (I'm told) are dying from aftermath of the quake tsunami.
Difficult to get news on this part of the disaster and whats happening.

Can you browse the world wide web on this thing yet?
or does it presume the only videos you watch are from youtube and you need a separate app to boot.
Is this just a perfectly ok (when working) large sized app device?...saw some try to include it in counting computer sales recently.

You would never know they were there if you read some other foreign news that report that only there respective country team is helping plus the Australians.
Anyway those kind of arguments either way we always hear each time from some; but these helpers care little for that. Do your best and good luck.

"As I stated there are multiple indicators of where the governments of the world sit on this issue"
Most of those are without a clear mandate on this issue of the people they supposedly represent.
"majority vote"
What like voting in US elections...hardly a clear majority and on a matter like this no excuse to force your ideas on others via force.

@Sarge "To all the Rumsfeld haters here - the fact remains if ya'll had your way, most likely Saddam Hussein, his winsome sons, Chemical Ali, et al, would STILL be ruling Iraq with their iron fists from their many luxurious palaces."
Wouldn't be so sure of that. that comment is another example of the narrow minded approach that was taken then.
Whos to say if done properly there wouldn't have be UN approved and properly thought through military action.
Still makes me laugh watching clips of American solders on the ground in Iraqi think they had just done such a good job puzzled because the Iraqis didn't understand English words such as stop, etc. clueless!
Basically the Americans were largely clueless and the whole thing was an embarrassment which has taken a lot of time to mop up. They made it a whole lot harder by being so unaware. They had minimal plans of what to do or understood the makeup of the country or how it works. What an embarrassment.
The rest of the world was more against the American trigger happy way shoot (someone) first think later ( oh shot the wrong person), they weren't necessaries against military action if done with intelligence and real consensus.
