  That said... unless its a proper date - that you invite a woman to in very certain hopes, if a woman doesnt atleast offer to have a drink on her at the next place... its probably will end there... I tend to think of a relationship as a fair game for both sides.

  Parking tickets should be given automatically to anyone parking illegally, and they should be much much higher cost. More expensive tickets or even driver license revoke should be given to all the "hazard lights" parking idiots... Seriously, these days that seems to be the accepted parking method...luckily I have indeed seen em finally ticket those too.... The money should be used to build proper bicycle lanes...

  And yes.. all the drivers here might give me a flag down... but could you please explain me why do you even need a car in centre of tokyo ?....

  someone like that cant be changed,its already proven they are too dumb because left their bikes so there is no future for em except low paying kitchen or some criminal jobs... life imprisonment with hard labour is best really.

  You can see all perfectly from any high rise around, had that view for 5 years... Actually I reckon swimming and water sports should be allowed since this is a public land really... That said... the water quality there is absolutely terrible..I feel sorry for the guards that had to touch em...
