if the black boxes were handles back directly to officials, I tend to think that there was a reason.
Rebels dont get any weapons from Russia, they dont need to, there are plenty of bases they can take over ( which is also why they can down military planes - they took over Ukrainian base filled with BUK systems)
Its very funny though how US and EU people think about Ukraine and Russia , they are same country if you didnt get it till now and most people living in "rebel" areas are Russian and Russian speakers... the invaders are Ukraine army since they trying to enforce a rule these people dont want, same as in Krimea.. you can check that Ukraine in fact is a Russian - Slavic word... the only evil is bloody US stirring the peace. paying off Kiev nazis to alienate Russia so that US will be the major Gaz provider to EU...

I would go as far as to say most of the chikan claims are total bonus, most people here, especially women are way touchy and overprotective so overreact to things that cant be avoided in public overcrowded traffic.
that is why I stopped using public transport here

Alexische , your information is extremely skewed and mostly just simple propaganda
Simple example would be you using the term Palestinians.. , its an incorrect term since no such state ever existed and a pigment of imagination really.

yabits, hamas has been answer to noone, Gaza people hate them and afraid of them ( mind you Palestina arabs are primarily secular society and moderate muslim society ) - hamas took power by force killing many people and establishing strict sharia law.
The sooner Israel pushes full force and gets its done, the better to everyone - Egypt should give a hand too .

Good energy saving feature would be starting to introduce smart meters like in most civilised countries and lowering the prices while increasing solar power subsidies...
Posted in: Energy-saving measures that don't have to be repeated every day are effective. There is no need to go overboard. What is important is trying to streamline the way you use electrical appliances.

its very typical of any construction project in Japan, I had a conversation not long ago with electric engineer specialising in planning warehousing and high level projects.
Basically he said, that ny kind of smart or advanced project in Japan is a simple money pit , the way its done here is to present a ridiculously high quote and take it on even though in 99% of cases they have not a slightest idea how its done, then they just subcontract it further down the line of their subcontract companies - not looking for real knowledge but working it out as it comes along.
I have encountered that as I was building a smart home and had to take care of 99% of the actual planning and do weekly checkups to make sure they weren't screwing up and caught them multiple time cutting corners.
There is no such thing as Japanese quality or workmanship pride today .

Japan is not a small town, the law has been there to target cabarets and only applies to places that don't have large dedicated dance floor ,
it was used only lately and very seldom to extort police pressure ( probably ),
that said with public pressure that misfired and now that law being edited to the current era.
It gets ridiculous attention abroad because of sensational media outlets like RA that strive on AD space...
There is tons of good clubs in Japan and quite a few good ones in Tokyo.
