Little xenophobic tabloid looks for readers with a misleading title, the wife MUST be Japanese, and she is the one claiming welfare so she is the criminal one.
I did claim unemployment here once, but that is how the system designed, because the tax is calculated as a projection based on last year earnings and paid in advance so if you out of a job you and havent found new one in a year you in for a nasty tax surprise which will be approx what you got from the country as unemployment, besides, social welfare belongs to anyone paying taxes in the country regardless of their resident status.

I dont really understand why it needs to be bought...it is already owned by a Japanese family ( Japanese being the key word ) ...what else is there...for what reason does Tokyo needs to own it?

Erik, yes ... majority of runners are crappy runners... zero form and just injury waiting to happen. To be able to qualify for any Olympics he has to be DAMN GOOD runner which he is and the reason he did the Cambodia route is because it is not that easy to get there in Japan where he has quite a competition. Good luck to him and hopefully he will compete the next Olympics and win.

8 years girl, skateboard, crossing with busses ? Problem is, none here is taught to look both sides before crossing ( I sure was when I was small both in school and by parents ) I ride a road bike and notice it every day, people are like zombies and will cross obliviously even at red light in fact every time I see people thinking to cross, I need to slow down regardless of my green light.
Its darn easy for a bus not to see small little kid darting across at last minute.
and he is the one needing to live with the guilt, so unless on purpose I feel more sorry for the driver!

Tipping can be allright, but it shouldnt be expected or set at percentage. You already pay for the service..the whole point of tipping is if you actually want to to express gratitude.. I typically never tip in europe unless they deserve it, couldnt care less about the angry looks, they can take it with their boss.

Teaching a lesson was quite premeditated, it aint no manslaughter.. a beat down for ignoring means nothing meaningful will ever come out of em, hang em with no trial to spare more oxygen /water waste
