Yes but thats only out of cities... land prices in major cities havent been dropping,
I reckon government should take over those after certain amount of time / level of abandonment and auction em at super low prices for organic farms and other humanly beneficial projects.
I myself wouldnt mind at all having an out of city farm under super low tax an all

I reckon one year is what they got....
There was even a real nice looking one just near Tokkyu Hands couple years ago but flopped too .

I bet loads of people in the west have no clue its an apple, so I dont understand why green apple or miniature pastries wouldnt be called just like that as default because the french words are just that , french words for food that exists in many countries

sensei258 - almost, but where in Chernobyl they actually poured insane amount of concrete to stop the reaction, it is unknown if Tepco managed to actually stop the nuclear reaction or its ongoing...

PR is a status, there is no 7 year renew period, only renewal of the card... it has nothing to do with status.
The PR status will only lapse if you commited a crime warranting its removal or left Japan for over few years letting it lapse, in which case if you rich enough to still hold assets - those will be taxed...
