Please, better safe than sorry. For instance, the Hillsborough disaster in England in the late 80's saw 96 lives crushed to death because of over crowding and lack of crowd control. The Japanese are some of the smartest beings on the planet, and knows what lunacy and lack of care can lead to. So hush it up people.
