How many times do we have to say that it is hard to be sure if you are really being groped, or just being touched inadvertently because of the crowdedness and movement of the train? Have none of you ever accidentally touched someone's butt on the train? I'm sure I probably have. Would you prefer it if those women you accidentally touched had grabbed you straight away and yelled chikan? No, they probably waited to see if it really was on purpose before falsely accusing someone, and that is exactly what Hachisuka did- kudos to her.
I have heard that Becky claims to have caught about 20 men touching her on the train- care to speculate how many she falsely accused and therefore now have had their lives ruined?
The only person at fault here is the groper. Doesn't matter what she was wearing or if she was wearing no clothes at all or how long she waited to accuse him- touching people like that is a crime.

While 10 minutes is a long time, it can actually quite hard to be sure that what you are feeling is groping- have you ever been on a crowded train and felt like someone was touching your butt, only to find out that it was a bag that was touching you? Most women I believe don't want to wrongly accuse someone, as that person's life would then be destroyed. You would want to be really sure.
notimpressed, women, feeling up men on the train? That has to be pretty rare. No matter how good-looking the guy, I can't even begin to imagine wanting to do that.

My brother and his friends used to do similar things with lighters as teenagers, to show how tough they were, and he still has the scars to show for it- most teenage boys are complete idiots.

My stepbrother was saved by a helmet when he was knocked off his bike by a car and landed head-first on the road. The helmet was badly cracked and all he had was a head ache.
Deaths in car vs. bicycle accidents are usually from the cyclist's head hitting the car or the road after being sent flying, not because the car struck the cyclist's body, and helmets have been proven to reduce the number of deaths among bicycle riders. I am constantly amazed by the number of people like societymike who just don't seem to get this.

The Kaatsu "boom" was actually several years ago- it's not the latest fad, it's been around a while, and seems to have picked up a dedicated following- I saw a Kaatsu training studio just recently.

Cynthia, the interrogation techniques used here often consist of days of questioning and basically what amounts to psychological torture, with many forced "confessions" by innocent people later coming to light. While I have no doubt that this particular couple is guilty, I don't think you want America to follow the Japanese system.

Yes, I believe those teeth are real. The angle of his left foot is impressive too- he could have been a ballet dancer. I like candid photos of real people, much better than the posed shots of celebrities.

Incidentally you will find that octopus, calamari etc. are quite popular in Mediterranean countries as well. What about all the Japanese people (the vast majority) who eat these foods but don't commit these crimes? Your post makes no sense at all.
