Very well written, informative and helpful article. Honestly speaking, not talking much about employees their condition is not good in my experience. Some schools are not following Japanese Labor Laws.

It is a very nice and never ending topic Japanese Gal's language. Started by the introduction of mobile phone with internet connection and high school gals started building their community by using gal's language. Here are some words I still remember.
Cho-beri-gu (very/extremely good) Yamahando (Yamanote LIne) Makuru (Go to Mc Donald's) Amura (Namie Amuro's fan) Icha icha (Love Love)

Just by an act of a one Police man why would you think the entire nation is to be blamed as some used the term Japan or Japanese? I guess this reflect your education and experience.
Why not compare with your country's and Japan's crime rate and get it straight? Oh sorry you can't it hurt I can understand that.

I watched movies and I though British Police is great. But I am surprised by this statement:
"British Prime Minister David Cameron pledged Sunday a “zero tolerance” crackdown after recent riots, fueling a row with police over plans for a U.S. “supercop” to help tackle street gang violence."
So UK need US supercop why not call in US military they are good, experienced and helpful. US military recently helped Japan in Earthquake/Tsunami and everybody had praised their efforts.

I read the entire article and did not find anything related with the heading "Japanese culture and dating". No matter you live in this country and learn even that there are some things foreigner can not understand. I can not express in words but those are natural.
Not only Japanese every nation got its own style and system. If you look at the Pen friend ads or classified ads in online or in printed magazine. Most of the Japanese women want American, English, German etc. But this does not mean 100% women in Japan got same choice. Same goes with Japanese men. According to my research Japanese Male prefer girls from Philippines. Again these men are not representing Japan.
So question is are you authority on Dating? If so then it is great.
I will be anxiously waiting to read more from you. It is an interesting topic.

First prayer for those who died in Twin Terrorist Attack in Norway.
In advertising it is called negative publicity. Look how media is giving coverage to this guy's statement. It is strange on some website first they called him Right wing Christian Fundamentalist then the word Christian vanished. Here is a quate from a news. "The man who has been described by police as a Christian Fundamentalist, has been charged with two counts" No doubt Norway Police and Security is very good I wonder how this guy got all of his stuff?
He described Japan and South Korea as model countries. This clearly explain this guy got only Bookish knowledge. It would be better if Media stop coverage to this guy.

This kind if advice was good before 9.11 incident. After that immigration and airport law changed. Travel is not easy as it was before. Therefore, please someone think of new adivce.

In Japanese society there is a Communication gap. When I asked some people, why do they use cell phone or Internet? their answer was, "there is no one to talk with at home." When asked, why do you hang out lately? asnwer was do not want to go back to boring home.
If parents are friendly to children, kids will talk freely and there will be less problem.

Be careful of drunken people at stations. This is most of people say and I remember it is very old saying.
"Why Be careful of drunken people" because of Japanese weak law. There will be no punishment. I am surprise Police is saying they will file a case. I wonder if there will be punishment.
