Whahahah, it is a nice joke. Anti virus program got crazy and did not distinguish between friend and foe. "An apple computer a day keep virus away" I think apple should use my slogan.

We should not blame girls or those who tease them but blame should go to Ministry of Education who let these Cheerleader's uniform in School. These skirts are specially prepared for Male Teachers.
Do you think if there is a proper law student can break?
According to my own research after asking questions, I come to understand Japan is an Island, (shima guni)if you won't do as others, then you will be left alone (Nakama hazure). Nobody wants to be left behind.

I do often buy online. Because of low prices, various options with money back guarantee if not satisfy. Preferred countries, USA, Australia and Enlgand.

This is corrected spell version sorry for mistakes in early post. Please read as: First of all Chinese is also spoken by Taiwanese and people from Hong Kong not only in China with different dialects. So, how come they can brand CHINA?unless they got proof.
I am also agreed with isthistheend I am not against any nationality but not controlling present situation of foreigner is not good. Look at USA, UK and Germany did not they suffer by foreigners? easing tourist visa for making money is not a solution. Foreigners or Locals, it is the duty of Government to protect society not just by installing cameras in the train. (Coming Soon)
May be the thief might be a Foreign Trainee suffered by injustice in Japan.

BIG NO STOP PLEASE: This is copy of text from the web I am also giving link so you could read yourself and inform others.
"For those who have entertained the idea of getting Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis -- commonly referred to as LASIK surgery -- in hopes of correcting their vision ... think again.
What exactly is LASIK surgery? It is a procedure that permanently changes the shape of your cornea (the clear covering of the front of the eye) with an excimer laser:
•Using a knife known as a microkeratome, a flap is cut in the cornea; a hinge is spared at one end of the flap.
•The hinged flap is then folded back, revealing the stroma (the middlesection of the cornea).
•Finally, pulses from a computer-controlled laser vaporize a portion of the stroma and the flap is replaced.
The end result: perfect vision, right? Not necessarily."

Again nonsense, are Softbank people DOCTOR? or is it another Money Game? do they know cell phones are also harmful? So they want to cure disease by giving new diseases.
Cell phone emit Electro Magnetic Frequency and there are also SAR, specific absorption rate in various countries. But in Japan they will not let you know the harm of cell phone.

What Hirokazu Kawagishi is saying is CORRECT.
A super near my home where I do shopping, they put tomato upside down, when open at home most of them are dirty. Now I have learned this trick so I checked before I buy. Grape fruit extra service with Fungus, should I be thankful to them. Tea some time old stock, what if taste is not good drink it ok! And last night I purchased pack of apples, when I wanted to eat most of them were dirty like trash.
Just imagine, I have paid the money as super store wanted and what I got bad things. So what? nothing. Public is to suffer right. Law is for ordinary citizens.

Psych and Nisegaijin, I liked your comments.
I wonder why they are after smokers? Why not drunker? why not cell phone users?
I think those who drink in the train or are already drunk are much painful to the public under the influence of alcohol. Several times in the train I have seen, these drunker teasing women, half sleeping and bothering others. Instead of smokers only I think JR should also think about drunker and those who use cell phone on train.
Recently I have heard in the train that on Takasaki line there will be no smoking area on platforms. So, guess what will happen.
Those who make law need extra education and experience.

Guys the problem is GAME when you play game and do not have contacts with human being you do not know what is good what is bad or what MANNERS are or what others pain is?. And this is why this guy who in the first place should not hurt anyone punched a LADY. This kind of people do not distinguish Moral code, humanity etc. They are addict to game only FULL STOP.
Once people of this country had good manners but now a days they do not know what Manners are.

Crown Princess Masako can recover fully from whatever is ailing her by Mind training. It is our mind which control us. Therefore, I usually suggest those who need help specially like this to use mind. Usually our problems are from mind and stomach. I am afraid I can not write whole procedure here but will be glad to share if one need help.
As we are fully aware that Crown Princes is caught between something she was not used to and that is her ailing problem we can say in short "STRESS".

Yeh at some level they are incompetent. Here are few example to those who thinks becasue of KOBAN or their politeness they are great. No doubt these two factors are good.
Following are my experiences which I got while interpretation, or talking with Police and asking questions.
At random check at Train stations or any where. Just by face and physical appearnce if you look like a foreigner they will call you and ask you to show Alien card or in some cases passport. They do not know how to call a person and even do not fully aware how to ask questions?
When I asked Police to which Station they belonged their asnwer was Head Office which is not true. Why are they afraid to tell the truth?
Questions asked by Police when they stopemd me: 1. Where are you going? 2. Are you looking for something? 3. Are you a foreigner?
After all these various incidents when I told them what they are supposed to ask their reply was oh it was nice talking to you we learned a lot from you. See Police learned from me. Isn't a joke? Or being a foreigner does this mean you are a criminal in this country?
In once case I went to the Police box(Koban) and asked them an address, the Police man did not understand therefore I wrote it down on a memo I was surprised the Police man was unable to read Kanji then an elderly Police man told him how to read. I asked why he could not read Kanji though he is a Japanese I was told he is young and use computer that is why do not know how to read or write some characters.
Japanese Police wanted to act like American FBI or CIA if they really want to do that they must also learn from America.
One request to those who are from other countries. We are in Japan we must not compare Japanese Police with other countries if want to get right answer.

If we check the history how copyrights were imposed we will know behind that was powerful people. Behind every new law there are powerful bussiness men. And this new law to propose copyright fees on iPods, digital hard disk recorders what if there are people like me who use these things in education. What if you use DVD hard disk recorders, cd players, ipod in education? how they will check what for it is being used? This is a Jungle law. These kind of laws open door to Piracy practice.
Music or song writers or composer they get their share when they register their item. And a country like Japan they get enough. I wonder if one day they impose taxes on Toilet Papers too.
