The possibility is there will be another nightmare scenario like Russia who invaded the Afghan before. They got humiliated and bankrupted in after Afghan war. Current administration is having a good time with charity money for their self interests. US ambassador has warned the president about the dark side of current administration. They wanted the war to prolong because they got free lunch, weapons and training.
Instead of spending money for corrupted and unreliable people, Japan needs to support the needy and vulnerable civilians.

I am wondering why did people spent money and time for traditional martial art class? At the end, most of the black belts got broken ribs and black eyes. Western and Muay Thai boxing are more practical and useful than these arts.
In youtube, I read comments about Benny the Jet(US kick boxing champion in 1970s) could easily beat Bruce Lee in the fight. It is true that Bruce has never fought in the ring. However I saw he likes bitting his opponent body parts. He encouraged his students to poke the eyes. His philosophy was very animalistic and reflecting the real life combat. Bruce main interest was beating the opponents within in minutes. Not in the ring match with rigid rules and time limit.
There are difference between ring match and street fight. On the street, no rules, no aids and no referee, no justice and no rounds. Even Mike Tyson bite the George Forman ears before. George may be real winner in the ring. However Mike will become real winner in the street fight. He is flexible, animalistic and adaptable for the real world.

I watched five years ago. At the time, I was a late night shift salesman at shopping mall. The shift manager played that DVD eleven times with wall mounted TV. I could not offend my boss to tell him not to play again and again. I watched eleven times means I was so fond of it. Anyway it make me awake at night shift without tea or coffee.
Take a playground see-saw (also known as a teeter-totter or teeterboard, depending on where you grew up). Put a similar-sized rock on each side. That is balanced. Now put eleven rocks on one side, and leave the other side empty. See if it will balance. What you're doing is claiming the see-saw with eleven rocks on one side is just as good as the see-saw with similar-sized rocks on each side. Do you still wonder why I'm critical of such an unbalanced opinion?
I am too old and frail to go and play see-saw. I have been to real world and wars. I have survived the natural disasters. I have saved my sleeping neighbors together with my dog. I have got many injuries and served the nation with duty and honor. It is pretty sad that younger generations are so narrow minded and confrontational.

However only for a few months. Second world war lasted only for three years. First gulf war was properly planned for resources because of Bush Senior and Margaret Thatcher wisdom. During the 1990s, US debts was not so huge like now. The administration was also democrats too. Clinton cut the defense spending and rise the tax to wealthy. US had a healthier balance sheets and account keeping rules. His election campaign was "Economy was stupid" to Bush senior. Like father, Bush junior destroyed the economy. During his term debt become like a mount everest.
Clinton was a wise man in action. He did not waste money and man power for unpredictable military adventures. It was his unseen legislation of peace. Russia has spent the fortune for Afghanistan war before. However they broke and retreated. No amount of money can decide the winner of war. For the prosperity, he encouraged new competitive industry such as IT and entrepreneurship. GDP and employment growth during his term was really amazing.
Bush was mysteriously absent somewhere during his national guard service. National guard service was for US base. Not for fighting Vietcong. John Kerry and John McCain did not see him in Vietnam. They even asked where and when did u see him? According his fellow class mates, Bush flight hours were less than theirs. Anyway he got a pilot license within a short time. It is not my concern whether he was a real Top Gun or not.

Capitalism is better than Socialism. However unbridled capitalism will not be successful.
In Australia, they have " Prudential Regulatory Authority" who is controlling the banking and markets on the behalf of government. In Singapore, they have a central provident fund who is protecting the retirement funds or old age pension under the radar. Because of their financial discipline, their losses during the crisis was tolerable. Their banks have healthy surplus and balance sheets. Reserve bank still move around their interest rate as necessary. Their currencies are getting stronger.
Economy is a back bone of strong nation. Without the healthy economy, the nation will not survive as fully independent nation.
Now a days, Sovereign investment firms has performed better than private banks. Former is community oriented and later is self interest. If someone will be rewarded with huge payout regardless of outcome, he or she will not care about shareholders or investors suffering. The moral of financial crisis was not every trader or investment firm is honest and decent as Reganomic principle. Some are frauds and criminals. Toucher regulation and law is required for not repeating the crisis again.

However Conservative went to two wars with without proper planning and exit strategy. Their infrastructure projects were all down the drains. Someone has to take responsibilities for mismanagement. US is owing huge debts to foreign nations. During the Clinton administration, US enjoyed the golden age of peace and prosperity. Bush excused himself as war president. However he has no wisdom about the consequence of his messes during his term. The sad truth is US is no longer a rich nation anymore. History will judge to the conservatives extremism. They are the one broke the economy and reputation of once mighty nation.
Bush Daddy was a powerful congress man back then. In 1960s every young men had to serve the draft. However Bush Senior choose him to serve as national guard instead of the high risk and high demanding front line. Bush himself admitted he was AWOL and got a pilot license without flight hours. He was privileged young man who had avoided draft without penalty. Pentagon has his military record. They did not want to offend the head of state and they just kept them in their files. Not only Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield and Karl Rove avoided the draft. They are not real patriots.
If you have evidence, you should report to Media about Moore LOL. Moore is not genius. However he has won some awards for his art. As a human being he may not be perfect. Whether he wear the business suit or pajamas, it is not my concern. He is not contesting the American idol. I just wanted to watch his art as an fully grown adult. As you said you have a freedom of speech, why not allow him to criticize someone he dislike! It is fair enough.

You have asked me about the replacement of Capitalism before. My answer is here. To be honest, semi controlled state economy has performed better than capitalist free market economy. Reganomic was a fantasy. It is not adaptable for the manipulating and speculation of the cruel reality. Market will have frauds and misconducts by the nature. Political connection will make someone winner. For example, who get the information about interest rate hike. It can be called as manipulation as you said. US Market needs transparency and prudent disciplines. Market likes a wild bull if it is not controlled he or she will kill the crowd as spanish bull fight.
Everything has to be transparent and orderly in the semi state control. Now a days sovereign funds or state control investment firms have been operating successfully globally for decades. Such as Taesmask of Singapore, conservative beloved friend saudi oversea investment, UAE multinational and Agriculture and commercial bank of China. No wonder Obama is transforming the corrupted and manipulated US economy under state control. History will judge who broke and mess US economy and who fix it.

Painfully true for US is becoming socialist nation. It is a consequence of Neo conservative reckless spending and loose financial policy. Last 30 years US economy was based on Reganomic economic theory. According the Reganomic, government was a problem for market economy. The market will be better without the government interference. He even said that market has own magic. Let 's the market wild. Prosperity will fall from sky. On the contrary financial crisis occurred last year. Some misconduct and fraud of investment firms has been exposed. Previous admin was so corrupted with cronyism and nepotism. The world has lost the confidence of US monetary policy and financial regulation. At the moment, investors are losing the confidence and patience of US dollar. Current deficits of trade and budget of US are unsustainable.
Conservatives financed the two long wars. They gave construction and security contracts to their friends and business partners with mate rates. For example Dick Cheney has major shares in the company which has expertise in extinguishing the burning oil fields. Cyclone Katrina victims are still homeless after the many years of disaster. However huge amount of public finance has been spent for reconstruction. It is a consequence of incompetency and misconduct of previous admin.
Democrat government has Herculean task for fixing for previous administration mess. It is true that Democrat controlled congress passed the bill for sub prime mortgage. They wanted to give some hope for poor and underprivileged. It was a mistake they made it. However Republicans is more guilty about creating the mountain of debts. They are born with silver spoon and do not understand about the real world.
Moore is right about portraying the inequality and injustice of the society. You do not have to like his documentaries. You do not need to watch them if you dislike him. However I like his bluntness, criticism, openness and humors. How can you say I was misleading and inaccurate. Traffic should be two ways. You have your choice to watch the movie you like. I would like to change the name of documentary name as Sayonara Capitalism. Because Capitalism has finished like Communism or Socialism. No system in this world has been perfect. The world needs more practical and workable system. Wall street crooks broke US and the world. Many Retiree lost their life time saving. Countless citizens lost the job and home.
Capitalist US has been transforming like Socialist nation since the financial Crisis. Government is taking private companies under state control. Working class are struggling however fat and greedy CEOs are enjoying with tax payers bail out. Even they got bonus and pay rise despite their misconduct and poor performance.

Moore has gifted talent, honesty and wisdom. He was right about portraying the failure of war and corruption of previous admin in the Fahrenheit 9/11. Two wars have drained US financial resources and arm forces. Civilian lives have lost too.
In the 127-minute film, Moore accused a handful of leaders in the U.S. government and Wall Street of obtaining funds, including taxpayers’ money, all to themselves thus leading to making themselves richer and most others poorer.
There is nothing wrong about his message. Capitalism: A Love Story is also portraying the inequality and unfairness of US society. Countless people lost the job and home beyond their control. They are struggling. Fat cats from co-operate and banking sector destroyed the life hood of ordinary people. However they were rewarded with bail outs for restructuring. Despite their poor and unsatisfactory performance, greedy executives still got the bonus and pay rise. It is so unfair. It may be a love story between co-operate sector and biased government.

The real world definition There is no rules or no mercy and no part of body has left for attack. Muay Thai is very effective and practical . When I compare the Muay Thai with Myanmar Lethwei, both of them are identical.
However Myanmar Lethwei allow to use the head for hitting. They use five weapons such as fist, elbow, head, knee and round house kick. It is more brutal and less sport oriented than Muay. Chinese Kung Fu allow to poke the eyes with fingers and hit the groin with any part of body. It is not suitable as sport in the ring. It is brutal and more suitable for real life struggle.
JKD allow to bite the ear or every parts of the body. It is very extreme and brutal too. MMA modern version is less brutal and more sport focused. It is not according the philosophy of JKD.
Someone who was a champion in the ring does not translate into survivor in the real fight. The real fight needed to be very short in time and competent. One error can cost life. Such as dropping the gun or knife from terrorist hands. So far Israeli special forces are perfecting this modern art. They are one of the best if not the best!

In the real life, natural instinct or common senses will decide the outcome of fight. Not only martial art skills and preparation.
Animals do not attend the martial art training before the fight. When the fight occur, they will use their natural instinctd and energy. They will use every part of their body and attack the every parts of the opponent. Some animals are fairly intelligent because they attack the opponent eyes with sand or water first. When the enemy is blur, they will grab the opportunity for multiple attacks.
For the real world, there is no rule, no judge, no ring, no uniform and no break time for the fight. Fighters have no time to use their techniques what they have learn. It is a life and death struggle.

The most effective art of fighting is "Fighting without fighting". Not Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kune Do, western boxing or Muay If you have watched the "Enter the Dragon". There was a scene when the boat was sailing in the sea, one western bully boy bullied the others and challenged Bruce directly.
Bruce asked him to go inside the small boat and wait for fight on the beach. When the guy was inside the small boat, Bruce released the robe tied on the fence of the big boat and let him sink into the sea for sometimes. He controlled his rival faith without physical contact. Full of wisdom and intelligence.

You misunderstood the what I posted before. There were no open conflict between professional boxers and samurai sprited karate black belts. The modern samurai warriors toured the south east asia or indochina part of the world in 1980s and 1990s with sponsor cash. They want to experiment the tropical southern street fighting with their polished and conservative fighting art. These mixed matches were sponsored by co-operate sectors. Such as Singha Beer or hotels. Sponsors wanted to promote their brand image for commercial reason.
You can reserach in the youtube or google with open match between Thai Muay , Myanmar Lewei practioners and Karate black belts open match. In the almost all of the matches, losers are later not former. Former is more pratical and street fighting oriented. Later is conservative and rigid. I saw One karate black belt beat the Myanmar Letwei boxer once. However it is very rare. Once in thousands match.
Late Bruce Lee said, style and forms are limiting your natural instict to fight in the ral life combat. If you are thinking about which kata form will use before fight, you have already wasted some energy and time. All martial arts copied the animal form of fighting. Animals do not think and prepare for fighting. The did not attend the dojo for memorizing the techniques. However they adpated and reacted with their energy and natural insticts when the fight occur. They will use every part of their body and attack every parts of the opponent.
Karate was originated from Okinawa. Firstly it was called as chinese hands because Okinawa people adapted the chinese style fighting through marchants, monks and fishermen. When Okinawa people fought with the mainland people, they used this art however they were the one lost the war. After the defeat, They admitted themself their art is not perfect for the war or combat. The founders admitted themselves "We still need to reserch and develop for better art for fighting".
In my comparsion, South east asian boxing which was originated from Cambodia is more fluid and practical and toucher than North East Asian arts. Bruce Lee admitted by himself his fighting art of Jeet Kune Do (The art with no style) is still not perfect however it is better and more effective than conservative and rigid arts.

K1 competition has rules,round by round, break time, medical aids and judge. The real world combat or life and death struggle has no rules, no judges and no breaks. Western boxing has to match with light weight, middle weight and heavy weight in the same class by rule. In the real world, super heavy weight western boxer may match with light weight karate practitioner. It is so unfair. However it is a life.
In the real world, free flow western boxing punches are more effective than karate punches which are restricted by style and rule.
I used to visit to South East Asia. During my visits I saw "Muay or Thai boxers, Myanmar Letwei boxers and Laotian pradal serey practitioners" have matched in the rings with Karate black belts. Almost all of the black belts competitors were knocked down within first or second rounds. Kata has more conservative form and has a rigid style. However there are some limitations for adaptability, flexibility and physical toughness. It is more sport oriented than the real world.

Just reading that Karata book will not be sufficient for devloping spritually and physically.
In my opinion, Karate is not efficient and useful like Muay boxing or western boxing in the real world. Later is more fluid and adaptable for real combat. Late martial art legend Bruce Lee said, knowing is not enough! you must apply. willing is not enought you must do.

Obama's pledge to treat China as a trusted global power is a belly laugh.
Obama is highly intelligent and sensible person. He is not dumb and out of touch. He respect the others and different culture. He will be a legend in the history as the most admirable US president.
As a borrower, he treated China and Japan as bankers with great respect. If the bankers are not financing anymore, he is not able to bail out the failed US co-operates. He can not reform the new health care system. he can not create the new jobs for unemployment. He can not stimulate the economy for growing again. He can not afford to implement the security in Afghanistan and Irag and pay the wages to the marines.
At the end Money talk! We have to be sweet and humble instead of arrogant and proud.

50 billions interest is for annually. Not for 30 yrs. I do not think if someone is holding the green backs for another 30 yrs with current value, he or she will be from another planet. I do not think they do not wish to hold for that long for safety reason. It is fair enough!
