    Almost zero. United States was enjoying the golden age of peace & prosperity during the 1990s. The world is envy about amazing technical prowess & economic success of the states. Information revolution has benefited not only states, all human kinds. Like you & I am communicating with keyboards. Media was more interested in Clition Cigars & strained coat. Clition lied no one died. Bush lied millions died & injured. Before his term, everything was going well in the land of the opportunities. Bush made US broke & losing international standing. Shame on u Bush! Thanks God for you are going soon. Enjoy in your Texas Ranch!

    How many terrorist attacks on U.S. soil before September 11, 2001? George Walker Bush is the most incompetent, & arrogant peresident in the history. His coutless failures are WMD, Cyclone Kathierina, Sub Prime mortgage, Guatanamo, never ending bail outs for his cronies. He transformed United States into semi socialist nation. He makes US become laughing stock of the world. May be you are last person to defedning that unpopular president. He admitted he was a C grade student during his high school. Thanks God for his term will expire on Jan 19. Sayonaya Bush! He lost his credibility. Once it was lost never get it back.

    Sorry for my incorrect spelling. It was an exergerated. Instead of Bush junior name, it would be air craft carrier named as "mission not accomplished".

    He lost the trust & respect from public. Once the trustworthiness was lost, it will never come back. No wonder his approval rating was so low.

    He is touch & arrogant however who has never served in the front line. He even admitted his arrogance & challenging words like "Bring them on" increased the volume of more body bags. Bush senior is not only war hero but also sensible diplomat. Daddy is entitled for some respects & honour.

    Of course we are! We did not cheat & excerragerate. We did not betray colleagues, employer, nation & society trust. We took personal responsibilities for failed acion. Bush junior favourite air craft carrier have a slogan "Mission accomplished". It was displayed in 2003.

    I am not a lonely hater as you think. There are billions want to give him a farewell kiss. With a flying object! It will be enough for building a new aircraft career.

    At that time, all young men who were fit & well needed to serve for war. According the miltary record, Bush did not lack any service. He served in the national guard service instead of front line. His fault was absence without leaves during that service. If somone else, he was entitled for military punishment. Bush was not because he Daddy was a powerful congress man.

    At that time, Jeff Bush was not born yet. Daddy & Son had same name. So George Walker Bush was only Bush Junior. For the courtesy, we called elder as Bush Senior, younger Bush as Bush Junior. You want me to pump the holes I have no drill machine for that. Anyway, George W Bush is a fraud. He betrayed the arm forces for his absence. For some other nations, absence without leave during the war was entitled for capital punishment. He was a lucky one. Even he was rewarded for shorterning the term of his service.

    Daddy was a war hero not a second Bush. Daddy spoiled Bush junior. He avoided the draft during Vietnam war. During his safe & comfortable national guard service, he was absent from his duties without leave. He betrayed his uniform & colleagues. If second Bush will be honoured like a first one, it will be a joke.

    There is an international whaling association has issued the quota for whaling limit. If the member nation exceed the quota, that nation has to pay fine. You do not realized that whales are fighitng each other too. Some species population decreased because of the temperature, losing territory & polluted water. For increasing the off springs of this species we need their genetic samples & fertile eggs. Even we can extend their life expentancy with genetically modified whale sperms.

    Scientific research is sustaining and expanding the marine reserves.

    The only alternative is human meat instead of fish at the moment.

    Japan has no natural resources & not much fertile lands. In the ancient time, over 70 yrs old people from remote area will leave their villages in the winter. The meaning was they will scarafice their life under snows. The result was their off springs & new generation will enjoy more food. It was a history now.

    Science can create the genetically modified vegetables & fruits now. I am not sure whether we can create the GMW. More research is needed for finding alternative protien source.

    I do not understand what's made your blood boil. May be you were watching the Rugby. I have watched the movie Whale Riders so I understand that ancestors of the Kiwi came to NZ by riding the whales. Maori tradition respect the Whales.

    This sentence make me sad. Of course Japan is victim of negative publicity. For scientific research, some species can not be found near Japan. So it is not always possible for do it in Japan Sir. Do not over sensitive Sir. I do not agree you said Japan is a big bully. It is a big donor. Anyway, you & I have a rights of freedom of speech. You can comment what you want. I can comment what I think.

    It is obvious that if there is no more whaling, we do not require the any whaling assosiations. Whales are bully boys of the Oceans & eat a lot of smaller helpless fish. If there are too many whales, some species will be extinct. If there are excessive whalings, whales will be extinct too. Losing all of them will be unthinkable. Balanced judgement is required for this debate.

    Whaling is a part of marine conservation. It is also part of marine biological research for updating species data. There is something imbalanced in the cruel & injustice nature. Whaling can be decrisbed as devine intervention for getting balance and order in the Oceans.

    They are democratic nations. I do not think Government can ban the anti whaling movement. Japan, Norway & Iceland are whaling nations. They have to find the alternative way for chasing whales.

    They are democratic nations therefore I do not think government can ban the Green peace & anti whaling movement. More effective way is whaling nations like Japan, Norway & Iceland can boycott their exports & not visiting there.

    This sort of accidents can be happened everywhere. If a helpless Kiwi floating near the Japan coast, there will be different story. Japan helped Kiwis a lot for the economic development & advancing technology.

    Whales are the kings of the Ocean & eat a lot of helpless smaller fish. There is something imbalanced in the cruel & injustice nature.

    Uncomfortable truth is Myanmar refugee are just burden for any nations. Mostly they have no marketable skills or experience. They are more suitable for settling in english speaking nations. How on earth you are expecting Japan needs unskilled workforce. Everday thousands of Japanese workers are laying off now. Japan needs more natural gas from Myanmar instead of labours.

    Japan is not a master of Burma. Japan even did not get the compensation for Japanese journalist death from last year. If he did not go there, he will be still alive. Burma need to solve their own political problem.

    Some people whinging about their tax are not well spent by government! They said they do not want to spend for unemployment or homeless. They are so naive & they do not understand about the how the economy works. Money or Tax or printed paper has no real value. It is just a legal tender or exchanging the goods. Government can print the money as much as he can even without the Tax. However printing too much will make money worth less. Government collecting the tax is not only for revenue but also maintaining the money exchange value.

    When the economy going well or consumers consumption is high, printed money is well circulated. Goods & service are more demanded by consumers. Therefore employment & business opportunities are increased. Government will stop printing the money. Even government will increase the tax or interest rate for making less circulation of money. It means more monies are stored in the banks instead of consumption.

    When the economy is weak, the government need to stimulate the consumption from oversea or domestic. Government may have trade or budget surplus for spending. If not govenment will print more money. Government will spend the public works for infrastructure projects or social service like Aged care, Disabled care & homeless & unemployment assistance. It there is more jobless & homeless, the government will get less tax or revenue. It is a national interest for helping those people for getting productive.

    It is not one way traffic. Someone who got a job or accomodation or run own business, he or she will demand more goods & service. Beause of this demand, more business & jobs will be created. Government will get more Tax. Money circulation will be increased. If no one spend, everyone will lose jobs.

    Economy is not born with silver spoon. Like a growing the plant, it needs to nuture, it needs to feed chemical, it needs to water & protect the sunlight. No economy will sustain for high growth forever because it is a life cyle. However we can maintain for long lasting effect with smart policies.

    In my understanding,for getting superb performance in the movies, actor & actress need very good story & scripts. Most movies were made with poor scripts. The actor & actress dissapeared with just one movie. Tanaka is fortunate to get the good director & script.

    China will not influence with culture for other nations in now a days. China has been influenced by west by fashion, technology, business, life style & food. Many Young Chinese are studying in west. Chinese are more westernized than before. During the 1960s, China Red Guards destoryed the 90% of their proud civilization. They even mercilessly killed some innocent & talented people. Such as Liu Shaio qi, Korean war hero general Pen teng Dehui. Neigbouring nations were helpless for watching the horror of cultural revolution. China lost the good image because of this nightmare.

    China is a huge land & market for business.It is an only China attraction for other nations. Culturally, economically & technologically, China is influenced by others. Proud & golden eras of ancient Tang & Song dynasties were history & will not come back to China.
