Consult with judges? What system is this? Certainly not 'democratic' Judge can instruct juries to find accused guilty or not guilty. Are we preventing bribes with judges, or is this some sort of joke and bluff into Japanese judiciary right into the face. Jurors have to make up their mind, and not listening to judges 'Sound of Music.' This certainly will not work I wouldn't like to serve as juror with such justice system. In ‘Democracy’ judge can only direct jurors with evidence proof not to advise them of guilt or otherwise.

Bikers’ gangs should be banned. They are full of drugs and also the biggest trouble makers. The victim in this case must be involved with something bi, and they killed him. Most of the times there is a motive or reason for murdering someone. However, no one has right to kale live from another human being. Many young people start this as hobby but later on they turn into crims. Hope that police doesn't take long to apprehend killer and put him behind the bars. This could also be the job with few members of the gang. Time will tell and we will see. JTJP will we get some news from fast police soon?

Are you kidding me? He got excited over lingerie. I do wonder is there are any other women's behind the scene? Sooner or late they will come forward. Is that the reason of his resignation? Throwing away such job so quick is very unusual. Time will tell. On the other hand, please send him for examination with female 'shrink,' decorated in her office with lingerie.

In his age he shouldn't be allowed to drive anymore. Japan need to change the law. Yes, he did flee the scene. In his age he will panic did anyone think of that? Most of drivers do that, but bad drivers such as 'Hoons' do try to get away in total. We must understand aged people, not just judge them with our own stupidity of thinking. Law can examine his crime. 'PANIC IS A MOST COMMON ISSUE IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS. LET JUDGE AND JURIES DECIDE HIS FATE.'

When will all this stop? Why arguments about this issue. Lawmakers should sit-down and work this issue in the best interest of the world. There isn't anymore behavior, but we are returning back to 'stone age.'

What an idiot. Is any room available in 'NUT' house? Female shrink can test his ability for prosecution. He love young girls with their smile. I wander if he is ugly? JT should also publish photograps of such people. 'Stress what stress,' or perhaps 'gigolo' hunger. Soon he will find his 'Juliet,' and they will be happy forever. But first he must serve some time behind the bars, and while inside he can practise his own smiles.

Good idea for HK trying to make some money. I was there and ripped me off. But now that Thai is in trouble and on the top all that world economy was nearly washed away do not expect a miracle from 'Christmas shopping,' tourism is down and it will be going more down the ladder. HK is not cheap anymore since was handed over to China, I can buy the same goods in my country for half of the price. 'DREAMS, DREAMS AND DREAMS.'

Were both accused watching 'James Bond' lately? It is good that he could make his own bullets, why didn't he approach 'defence department' and contract himself with them for supply. They could both become very rich. However, I can see very clearly that 'supermarkets' are not concerned about security, instead counting their takings of the day.

Such quote from driver:” I never saw the boy, and only realized he was there after I hit him.”... It is possibility! Children are like elastics and springs. One moment they are here and the next moment they are in the next spot. If driver was spoeeding, drunk or on drugs, I would say yes, go and charge him. But in this case I think the driver shouldn't be charged. Further deep investigation is required to satisfy law. If there is insufficient space in such lines than cars shouldn't be allowed to pass through. This need review by police with recomandationh to pass new 'rodas law bill.'

Hasn't Japan implement such law yet? Child porn’s big business all over the world I wonder if lawmaker will at least consider to stop this dirty game. Technology is great you can now film at any time and no one can see you, and printed DVDs come out like biscuits in factory.

If the killer was wearing gloves, don't expect to get fingerprints. National TV stations should mention and show photo if the victim, that will help. Public should also assist. I'm sure that any help from anyone will be great assistance to apprehend the killer. The question now is: 'Does such 'Barbarian' deserve to get death sentence? Cops should pull their finger out and do some work, and keep investigating constantly.
