My point being, her expression is as natural as many other competitors who place 2nd vs 3rd.

All players are never satisfied until getting a gold medal. Asada-san seems to be not satisfied but makes more >confidence for next game to get a gold.

Again with the attitude. The chick with the bronze looks happy, and she's in THIRD.

A study done on athletes and competitions found that people who win first place are obviously happy, and people who win third place/bronze are just as happy because they manage to win at least something.

The same study found that the majority of 2nd place winners are NOT as happy as those who place 3rd.

    According to the website:

Popular elephant, Hanako came from Thailand in 1949 when she was two years old. She is an elephant that has the longest breeding period in Japan. She moved from Ueno to Inokashira in 1954.

They hardly even speak the language. So I guess that nihongon kentei test and result of 1kyu means nothing...

It's entirely possible to pass language tests without actually speaking the language.

They must of let some of the managers go at McDonald's. Why do they have so many?

    Because it's Japan!

They need one person to verify the hamburger patties, and another one to verify the buns.

There are very specific warnings for people who attempt to climb mt. fuji outside of official climbing season, especially during the winter. There are few who think they are fine and can beat Mt. Fuji, and this is what happens.

I agree, some of the criticism of the Jpolice is just getting old, anything with the words "police" in it tends to get keystone comments for the heck of it. Seriously, how could they have predicted a guy coming up in a car out of nowhere and ramming into one of a girl? No more then they could of prevented a guy coming out of nowhere on a motorbike crashing into one lady or a freak lighting bolt coming out of the sky on a clear night.

Russian Satellite crashed into the pacific, must be the police's fault too.

Or he could of really died of a heart attack (acute myocardial infarction, fancy name for heart attack). Male over 60 years of age, operating machinery, concrete, there's a high percentage that he died of exactly that. Of course conspiracy theories can chime in as well.
