There's nothing that says the ambulance took so long, ambulance probably arrived within minutes. Even if she was alive she could of died later, or could of already been dead but was pronounced officially by the doctor.

Be PROUD of your country. Reminds me when I'm watching the Olympics. You often see players from countries that you know have a snowballs chance in hell of winning, but they fight and are proud to represent.
Depends on how you teach it of course.

Lets see, 50,000 blocks, 40,000 people, 1.25 blocks per person visiting.
It might be one of those continue the story things, one person starts, the next person continues and you see what you get at the end.

Yes easy to arm chair quarterback these things. There could of been many circumstances. Maybe the car didn't have any plates, maybe the plates were obstructed, maybe it was too dark to see the plates etc. Who says he was standing directly in front of the car? Maybe he was on the side and they deliberately hit him. Any number of actions we don't know about could of happened here.
I hope the officer gets well!

Yeah better sit in one place in a sterile environment, maybe like Howard Hughes for the rest of your life. Though, Tornados, drunk drivers, falling airplanes, lighting, falling vending machines, sharks kill more people per year then radiation. Of course eating a few bananas gives you just about the same amount of radiation as standing on the streets of Tokyo.

It's not just one but a combination of all these methods. Some are better adapted to others based on location, type of facility etc.

Potential danger of radiation. Eat a few bananas and get the same amount of radiation.
For tourists its not that expensive. You know what's expensive? 5 dollars for a bottle of water in NYC, that's expensive.
Posted in: Why do tourists continue to stay away from Japan, despite the fact that there are many places of interest far away from the crisis-affected areas? What should Japanese tourism officials do to promote Japan as a safe destination?

Mulder: Because, all the evidence to the contrary is not entirely dissuasive.

Without knowing the exact circumstances of how events played out it's hard to say how they got stabbed, but to note, even cops in other countries get injured and killed too. It's not like cops are invincible beings anywhere in the world.

Who cares? Well lets say some flyjin upped up and left Japan without paying the rest of his rent and leaving his company with no one to do the work. Well, next time one of us tries to rent an apartment or we try to get a job, maybe the owner of the apartment or business owner is going to be like "well the last foreigner...." , it makes it an already tougher situation that some of us already face.

They're biographies on the White House website for goodness sake. Of course they are going to downplay things. I wouldn't expect going to Microsoft's website and reading a biography of Bill Gates and his drunk driving conviction or how Windows ME was really crummy.
If I want to read in depth about Millard Fillmore, I'd go buy a an actual book about him.

That's all fine. What if you were the boss of a company in Osaka and had some of your foreign staff just dissapear. I doubt people would be so friendly to warmly welcome them back if they decide to show up.
