Yes you can make racial comments and some people will agree with them, that isn't illegal in poland either. What is illegal there is denying the holocaust ever happened.

geeze this might take the record for number of JToday talkers.
I for one applaud the decision. Would you allow someone into your country just two days after they pleaded guilty to a crime? Unless you're crossing the border illegally, many other countries wouldn't either. This includes the US.

It is not that there should be an "age limit", I do believe that there should be periodic checks for those over a certain age.
Some older folks drive better then inexperienced 18 year olds.
Maybe a "driver's check" system for those aged over X.

Oh, combined with overflipped buses, annoying tour guides, annoying passengers, buses getting hijacked, is one of many reasons why I DON'T ride in tour buses.

How so, we don't know 100% of the facts yet.
It is also difficult when the guy was a Police officer himself, trained in the response methods.
I was following this story from the beginning, it looked like the guy was willing to deal by releasing some hostages earlier.
Though the chain of events is unclear that lead to the killings. 1. Was it because the bus driver made a dash for safety that the killer started shooting? 2. Or was it that the bus driver dashed for safety after the killer started shooting people. 3. Why did he start shooting at people I guess would be the question, was it because the police decided to move in?
A lot of unanswered questions at the moment. Very difficult, close combat situation (inside a bus) etc.

I agree the guy should be executed.
However, this should serve yet again as another lesson especially for Female English instructors in Japan. DONT go to the guy's apartment. I have many female English instructor friends, and they tell me stories of people all the time. Even though they ask for female only students guy constantly contact them.

He's supposed to be a trained professional. Yes the woman might of been an ahole, but that comes with any customer service/public safety job.
You don't just pop open the emergency door and jump down the emergency slide.
If this guy gets off because of the public media attention, think about the next time some guy does the same thing, worst, think if a middle eastern guy did it next time, you'll see a completely different media response to the story.
