because of the American inflation Japanese companies are mostly losing money on things they export to the U.S. (U.S. Dollar worth less). Japanese companies must lower costs and develop new markets that are not inflation driven. Or they can keep the money invested in the USA (Yen worth more)

Nothing new here. People on welfare try to get more money from the system by having more kids. This is California so she believes she is "entitled" to it -part of the 2009 Pelosi State bailout program.

She will probably get over $1000-2000 a month now.

maybe the Universities need to offer classes on being homeless. -That way the new grads need not worry. But where to you find a Professor to teach such a class? -sadly they can be found on the streets soon also.
