with a continuation of the one-sided reporting of casualty figures the stomach of us/eu populations will dwindle, however with equal emphasis put on the high numbers of taliban fighters being sent to paradise(hehe) then at least some sort of calculation of effectiveness of the operation could be made, at the moment it is just an apparent loss of troops for no gain. The truth is the Taleban are losing the battle on whatever measure you care to choose, don't let the panic propagating press distort the reality.

"This 26 year old scum bag looser needs to be sent off to Saudi Arabia, Iran etc..they know what to do with rapists like this dirty dog, chop his head off in public!" Well maybe not, in iran, pakistan and other places where sharia 'law' is used, its not unheard of for the victim of a rape to be executed and the perpetrator of it to walk free after paying only a fine.Irans' preferred method of execution is suspended hanging, where homosexuals are also deemed fair game.

"Proselytizing of Muslims by members of other religions is forbidden in Malaysia, though the reverse is allowed. Muslims, who comprise nearly two-thirds of Malaysia’s 28 million people, are also not legally permitted to change religion." Need we say more..

you suggest that people get involved in the "drug business" because of economic hardship..incorrect they get involved because they are either greedy, lazy or foolish and more than likely all three.

tkoind2, you expected her to move away when the crowding eased? but she did not..and by the sound of it you didn't move away from her either, which i am am supposing was an available option also, unless she had you pinned into the corner of the carriage..lol Perhaps she did not move because she did not want to draw attention to the 'uncomfortable' closeness by 'declaring' it suddenly unacceptable. An embarrassment becomes a greater embarrassment when it is acknowledged as existing..moving would have acknowledged it.

these scientists were so certain they had produced artificial sperm that they released a video to prove it, alas they were unable to release a video focused sufficiently well to show the artificial sperm as anything other than a wriggling shapeless mass..given that focusing a camera has been possible for many decades, you really have to wonder why the footage released was so poor. The answer is probably that in focus it looked nothing like sperm..but out of focus at least could be 'interpreted' as possible sperm. Previous to this they had managed to produce similar material in mice and indeed had fertilized eggs implanted them and produced micelets..alas all these offspring died of unspecified 'health problems'.

dammit..if your weren't looking how did you know her legs were drifting apart, and how could you tell she woke up occasionally to give dirty looks round the carriage?..telepathy? ..and waiting for the trains to stop suddenly in Japan sounds like a lost cause. The rule is if you're doing it in public don't be surprised if you draw an audience, either admiring or admonishing or indeed both.
