I would hope that all the posters above would prefer a peaceful outcome to this,some of you sound like you want more mass slaughter to entertain you during your tv dinner. Why is it less acceptable for North Korea to possess nuclear weapons?,than Pakistan,India or Israel(who has a proven track record of trigger happiness) ..double standards are the things that piss people off most, and lest we forget, the nation that helped to invent the bomb and deems itself the worlds policeman is thus far the only country to have used(tested) them on populated areas, a fact that will not be lost on the North Koreans as they are informed by that country "i'm sorry you can't have them only we can"

Smith-there is no doubt that the population density is a major reason.. on another topic and one the moderator seems less than pleased with, do you remember the uk 13 year old boy who was in the papers for being the father of his girlfriends baby(maybe 3 months ago)..well as of yesterday he is officially not the father after the court ruled the results of the paternity test be made public..i have been trying to convince the moderator to publish this new information as they had helped to pedal the original myth..so far no luck.Probably not interested in balanced journalism just in creating talking points real or imagined.

it will only cost the amercians billions to develop the technology required if they ignore the technology that has existed and been used by other countries for years..its possible to get a family sized car in the UK that returns 50mpg on average..and it has been possible for more than 10 years.

probably because there is more coverage in the press in Japan and as a consequence there will be a higher testing rate, resulting in more cases found rather than going undetected,most people with flu in the uk go to bed till they get better and never present themselves to a medical professional.
