Whoever he chooses doesn`t make anything different. I also just heard from contacts, that there will be a big exposee regarding Obama just before the elections, regarding youthfull misdermeaners.

loooks like the clean cut guy, aint so clean at all.

    I agree with ColAmerica.

Obama made himself look afool, his speech was just cliche`s written by his highly paid advisors.

This type of showboating shifts floating voters towards the McCain camp.

    SezWho2-

You cannot spin your way out of this argument.

The US economy is doing fine, it has been managed well, and is the only western nation with positive growth forcasted.

We have balmost removed terrorists from Iraq and Afghanistan, id say weve done mighty fine.

Obama has lost, Dems can rip into McCain as much as they like, but mny Clinton supporters will not vote for Obama. Which party is racist to minorities?

    I agree with WhiteHawk;

Obama will nationalise health care and any other private service he fencies. This will lead to unionising many services. The country will become like Europe, strikes all the time, zero economic growth and millions dragged into poverty.

Don`t believe me? Then vote for Obama, and see!!

kimigano; people can quite easily be analysed and judged by reading their history on JT.

I look forward to McCain bringing more peace to the world and securing the homeland.

Hopefully more successfull liberations are on th cards.

Kimigano; americans do not obey. They have not had 1 party in almost constant power for the last 60 years, have they?

Obama will appease the terrorists. McCain will obliterate them, and make the world safe.

kimigano; A very disrespectfull view of the majority of Americans. We voted for Bush twice and we will soon vote for McCain.

The Republicans are the party of peace and caring. Obama would destroy our reputation overseas, and allow America to the new fron tin the war on terror.

Hughgarse- The J Police have some quite unsubtle methods of extracting confessions from some, who may not have strong will power.

Those police make up their own rules, i hard some pretty damn awful things about their methods.

Political lesson-Afghanistan is not sending militants and weaponary into Iraq. That is Syria and Iran. If we leave they destroy everything we have accomplished.

    Cleo;

Obama would cut military spending, to fund his social welfare plans. This would mean the troops have less funds for protective equipment than now.

In war, nothing is perfect, the best has to be made out of difficult situations.Less funding by Obama, would not assist our troops.

Obama may have a plan that sounds good to you, but does he have the ability and experience to act it out.

McCain has proven his commitment to the military, he knows about military strategy. Obama is making it up as he goes alone, hoping no-one will realise he is a fraud.

USAFdude- Is it really sensible trusting an inexperienced man without a military background?

Obama says lots of things, but can we trust him to follow through with them, he is well known as a serial flip flopper.

McCain has experienced war first hand, he has empathy fo our troops, and is in touch with the feelings of the average guy.

    USAFdude,

See the other thread where McCain tells what will happen if Obama is elected. I trust what the guy says.

USAFdude- I always support our troops, not just with words but with actions.

Obama would leave the military underfunded, and unable to defend itself properly. Obama wants to take away money from the military and use it for his social welfare programmes. How is that going to make our missions better?

    Wolfpack- great post!

McCain is the man of strength, well known worldide as a diplomat. Obama is only known as a new kid on the block.

If Obama won, our enemies would feel empowered, and attacks would occur worlwide.

    yabits-

You are talking about the planets wealthiest nation, not some 3rd world dump.

Obama loves the liberal Europeans who will not support the war on terror.

McCain has wisdom, anad as a war hero, he knows what is best for our troops.
