So what are the laws concerning foreign parents taking the kids out of japan. Is there any cases of this and what were the outcomes. I have heard of parents getting foreign passports for their children and leaving but I have never heard the outcomes from a political, or judicial ruling.

SO if the Japanese system supports abduction why do they get so upset when the other parent takes the child.
I feel so sorry for all these kids being used as pawns in a relationship. I get sick and tired of this no matter what country, the kids have zero say in the matter, there is two sides to the story, and one is usually a lie.
PS okisurfer never sign anything you cant read. I hope you get to see your daughter one day. I been threw that myself, she's now 19 and the last time I was allowed to see here was when she was 3. Thats too many years to make up or even to explain what happened, and usually the child thinks its their fault. Now that I can see her its like meeting someone for the first time, where do you start.

The sales are just not there anymore. Quite a few turned out for the china show but there still is a market in china. Im in Dubai now and even though the economy here has took a slide there are still new cars being sold, however just up the road in Abu Dahbi you couldnt even tell there was a recession. I just booked 3 SLR's and two Ferrari's to be customized and these customers dont even blink at the price, but in japan thats more than some of my counterparts would make all year. Alot of these company's are turning to me for sales and some are closing. I dont know if japan can ever make a comeback like the late 90's early 2000's.

Just to let you two know we have had this tech since the 50's, ever wonder why cars dont weigh 3 ton anymore. I have a 1.3lt powered car I know it will outrun anything the two of you own and it still passes current mileage and emissions laws.

People loose their mind in a recession.
I will have to say thought I have lost my wallet in japan, and after backtracking I found it right where I lost it. I have also found a few and turned them in. But doing so was a chore I cant believe the jcops want so much personal info for doing the right thing.
