Every first time parents must be educated. A licence must be required to have a baby. Why not? What's more impartant than raising healthy child? There are so many moms that have no clue how to rare a child. All the world's problems comes from bad parents.

nobody really cares and people will not change.

I feel more and more people are changing. I know I have. It's not too hard to see that it's cruel to capture a free being and make it perform tricks for our entertainment. Sooner or later, people will change.

All I see is captured animals begging for food and will do anything to get it. They are not smiling and enjoying themselves, far from it.

    who needs the cinema?

They said the same thing when VCR's came out. Again when DVD's came out. But the fact is, going to cinema is different experience than seing the same movie at home in your underware. I don't think it'll ever die. If we survive the economic downturn and approach of Nibiru that is.

I think more of a matrix style experience, bypassing natural senses and being plugged upto a machine to fool the brain to believe you're somewhere else. That can't be compared to 3D or any hologram imaging. And it should be totally possible, right after they decode the messages our eyes, ears or other senses sends to our brains.

It took a man like Saddam to rule a country like Iraq. Removing saddam sure had nothing to do with 9/11. I feel pity for people who believe the official story.

That is not Brad Pit. I hope not! How come one child is all suited up while other is walking around with underwear?

Just because people are old doesn't mean that we have to respect them.

From where I come from, old people deserves respect, just because they are old. It's unthinkable to see teenager sitting when old people are standing. Even if the old lady doesn't say anything, people around the boy would ask him to give his seat to her. Just to see the hapiness and appreciation in old people's faces when you show your respect by offering your seat is enough to make you happy. I feel sorry for the society when youngs don't have any respect for old, and feel sorry for all you SOBs who think the old lady is to blame here.

If I were the judge for this case, I'd want to see the picture of the woman and see if it was really that unresistable. If she really was, then it's not a big deal. Also did the woman complain? If she didn't, no harm done.

Is this a crime? It's her body, there should be nothing wrong with her selling pictures of what's hers. Who's complaining??

I'd not want my last moments on earth to be spent in a concentrated stink bomb.

From what I read, it's the most painless way to go. It doesn't even smell bad after couple of seconds. Nothing is wrong with this, don't even feel sad for the people who did it. I think everyone should have the option of ending their life. Why not?

annoying for watchers and players both.

It was weird at first, but now I don't mind the sound at all. It's their way, let them have it. They'd probably boycot the games if they banned it. I would.

The Southern Ocean is not yours yelspal. It's nobody's but the Earth's.

Earth is made up of its people. And what majority demands should be the way to go. I will be in yelspal's boat when the time comes, and Ossan's claim for hypocracy is baseless.

Germany is blackmailing Iceland. I'd say that's far far worse than bribing.

Yea, not really. They are trying to get them obey the rules of the bloc. It's not blackmailing.

Ok, I think you need a long holiday in your country. You maynot be back.

    Hikozaemon,

Just curious, if it were you, how would you reach out to the people, wanting them to change? I just can't imagine any way that Japanese would embrace a movie made by foreigners abotu this practice. If it were Japanese movie producer, wouldn't he be badly beaten maybe to death? Japan has a dark side. It's those people in back busses. They are the ones keeping Japan from moving forward.

threatening them to expose, stealthily film while living in their village, and then invite a whole band of hollywood famous and not so famous people to make a noise about it so the villagers will be ashamed?

If you've seen the film, you'd know that they tried to shoot it with permission from the town council. After month of discussions, council decided that they can't shoot any film in this town. Then they decided to hide the cameras to reveal what's going on. Their only goal is to stop this from happening. Why, becuase they believe that there's more to these creatures than we can see. I share this belief with them, because I also know that they are not just fish, but intellignet, friendly creatures that shouldn't be tortured and killed inhumanely. I feel killing them is not much different than killing human being. They have more similarities with us than differences. It's simply too cruel. I feel ashamed to belong same group of species with those people who torture and kill animals. Only thing I can do is to support Ric and his actions and make my voice heard as much as possible. Tell me, am I a Japan hater? Having lived in this country longer than my own, I don't think so. I love Japan so much that I believe if this is known by most of them, they will stop it. It's not white people telling others how to live. It's group of nature, animal loving people, begging for this anchient cruel practice to stop.
Also I'm here long enough to know, the dark part of Japan (aka those black busses full of natinalists) will do their best to stop the screening of this film. They are not nature lovers. They do not care about the life, if it was upto them, none of us would be here today.
