This "Mr. James" is annoying at best, and when I hear him speak very simple Japanese on the tele it makes me want to reach out and sink that damned boat hes on. Seriously, hopefully either McD's will fire that terrible advertising company, or someone will brutally maul this guy so hell go home and I dont have to hear his annoying voice anymore. Its bad enough they have gaijin speaking terrible Japanese in most movies/shows, but to throw this guy into the mix... where he cant even say one WORD properly... thats a bit much.

Herefornow - I think you misunderstood my post. I am no fan of hers, I watch around 6 shows, and see her all the time. Commercials, sometimes she appears on shows like Q-Sama (quiz show), and even more rarely on London Hearts. For the record, All of the shows I watch are either Quiz-oriented (Q-Sama, Nep-League, etc) or variety shows that have nothing to do with food, like London Hearts or Shinsuke's show where they basically ask 20 college guys "would you sleep with her?" about a celeb (name escapes me). While I would agree that most shows (everything is "OISHII!!!," chicks sitting around talking about how they want/need to get married crap) are crap, there are some good ones out there, and If you think they are all 5th grade intelligence level, I suggest you try to play along with Q-sama.

Dont see many J-shows here (and for good reason) but London Hearts, Q-Sama, and Nep League are fun.

Its interesting to see so many people who comment here about all the problems in Japan and what "they" should do, but have no clue who Shizu-chan is. I watch, in total, like 6 shows on Japanese tv and I see her all the time. She is all over the place. And to be fair, that picture doesnt do her justice. Shes not hot by any stretch of the imagination, but shes far better looking than that picture.

My wife is pregnant, and the only reason I could think of to take a photo of her in this state at all, is to have a record of "Oh yeah, I remember this part of my life." However, WE (key word) both think shes fat and cant wait to get that kid out so she can go back to her old self. I for one would not like to see photos of fat chicks, no matter what the cause of said fat.

If my wife asked for money for sex, my response would probably be "Why would I pay you for something im entitled to (by law, yes, go look it up, no sex from wife = grounds for divorce in husbands favor) rather than paying a younger girl willing to do things you wont?"

Two points here. 1) If he was really doing that, she should have destroyed his phone/camera. Having to pay money is far more a punishment than this guy would get otherwise. 2) If he really was doing this he would have had to either a) jammed the camera between her legs to get a good shot, in which case see 1), or her skirt was so damned short that she was asking for it. And yes, wearing clothes that "Advertise" is asking for it, no matter what shrinks say.

These transfer scams are totally preventable and totally traceable. The fact that the Japanese police havent caught at a minimum 80% of the scammers is rediculous. To make a bank account you need ID/Family Seal/etc which all identifies who you are and where you live. Every transfer is electronically traceable. Do your job, cops.

Izu is a very nice place to spend a weekend or so. Quiet, clear skies, onsens, waterfalls, fishing, generally relaxing. Wife's family is down there and its always a pleasant trip.

No way it was random, but for the record, Granny, heres a few tips:
1) Do you know what a bank is, and why it is good? If the answer is yes, then this was deserved. If the answer is no, what the hell have you been doing the last 82 years to accumulate 3.4 million yen and not know about a bank?
2) Peepholes are good things, as are the com things that most apts/homes have equiped to speak outside without answering the door. This is not 40 years ago when it was relatively safe to open the door, despite the man on the other side being 4x your size with a shotgun in tow.
3) Granny freed herself.... <---- screams bullshit. This was not random, an 82 year old does not free herself from almost anything unless it was intentionally done to be easily broken. Someone who knew her did it.

100% mothers fault, I say the driver gets off scott free, and he should. Were it my daughter, she would either been next to me holding her hand or id be carrying her. The mother is obviously a complete moron. In fact, in retrospect, I would switch the mother and the child. Maybe if the child had a mother who cared about her she could grow up with a bright future, while the nimrod that calls herself a "mother" dies and we are -1 useless fleshbag.

This law should just be changed to "No one may disclose their sexual preferance" Case closed. Sexual preferance shouldnt affect your military performance. Whether the gay community likes it or not, there are still a lot of people who dont like the idea, dont accept the lifestyle, and think it is wrong. Do you really think the "Mr. Straight" guy is going want to be canned up on a sub with 27 men who think their asses have a purpose outside of bodily waste removal? I seriously doubt it. No one talks, fair to all.
