Yes Narita is a pain but the city of Narita and the train companies did their best to not allow Haneda to fly international. Not for the consumer's sake of course, but to keep lining their own pockets with money that was not needed to spend to go all the way out to Narita.

Why do China, Japan and Korea live in the past? Cambodia and Vietnam have had much worse things happen to them but they don't cling to these things, they try to move forward.
Why talk about WWII or N. Korean abductees in 2014? It is 2014 guys.

let me re-write: "Relations between Tokyo and Seoul are at their worst in years, mired in... Korea's incessant and petulant clinging to irrelevant past issues and an Asian inferiority complex that won't allow Koreans to focus on what is important in the modern era, namely the economy and China's growing military presence."

I am sure this monkey is fed well and treated well, I only feel sorry for him when he can't perform anymore and is not a gravy train for his owner anymore.

Korean media is just as xenophobic and self-centered as Japan's. Yuna did just fine. Stop making excuses. There si a first place and last place for a reason. Good skater get first, bad skater gets last and everyone else falls in between. It is not about media pressure.

wow on the news I only saw the Japanese skater. I thought it was a Japanese team practice until they said at the end, by the way the Russians are winning..with of course no footage of the leading team skaters.. Welcome back J-media olympic coverage!

smh... the ridiculous J-media is already predicting a "record number of Japanese gold medals" and on channel 8 this morning some moron is predicting 4 gold, 4 solver and 4 bronze for Japan.
I am from the US and I have never seen American news shows predicting record amounts of medals for the US or listing how many golds our athletes will take.
Is this some kind of Japanese inferiority complex?
