Is it legal for a 12 year old to use gaming web sites here? I think in the west you have to be of a legal age. If it is not perhaps that is why it took so long to come to the surface
From his point of view what does it matter his age - making these kind of threats is not acceptable whether she be 12, 22, 52 or 102...

2 weeks ago there were only 10 team places left out of a max 200 so a bigger event this year. I am sure that they would appreciate your help manning checkpoints though.

drop baseball, synchronised swimming, rythm gynmastics (whatever the hell that is!) Definitely add Rugby 7's - I think there are many more rugby playing nations than baseball. How many African nations play baseball? Also - how about adding Rally Driving or motor cross?

I'm a local hire so paying my own way but I know many ex-pats, and most of them not executives, and they have their fees paid for.
Why I don't think this article is up to much is because it seems to be concentrating on the foreigners. Check out the first line again:
As stormcrow says the biggest cost for Japanese couples is accommodation and not schools - going to an international school is pretty much out of reach for the average Japanese and not just because of money - they also require the kids to speak English (for the most part).
Also let's not forget that having a baby is expensive as it is not covered by the Japanese health insurance - and now they've taken away the 300,000 yen "present"

I am normally a fan of Terrie's articles but I do not see the point of this one?!?! Nothing new or unexpected here - and don't worry about the cost of kids for the ex-pat family as usually the schools and country clubs are paid for.
