Why is this on here - it is undoubtedly another Japanese-English dictionary and not an English-Japanese dictionary.
What's the difference? One is for Japanese people and the other for those learning Japanese. Seiko used to make a basic English-Japanese dictionary but the discontinued it (and it was only really any good for JLPT Level 4)

According to an email I received yesterday from JRFU the 7,000 yen tickets are sold out - there are tickets available at 16,000 and 14,000.
I was told on Wednesday by a kiwi in the know that there will be walk-in tickets available at 4,000 but I don't see that in the email.

why is everyone so scared? Chances are that those sites that have a url in non latin have a web site with no English and only local language.
Also it probably makes it easier for local regulators to spot dodgy url's but let's face it I am sure that most dodgy sites are not trapped by their name...
Problem is are the worlds search engines ready?

More important than people leaving is how can these banks recruit to fill any senior positions vacant? Don't see many execs at GS or MS thinking what a great opportunity - I can go get quarter of my package elsewhere!
Put these caps in and you may as well close the banks.

How are your going to turn a bank around if your hands are tied behind your back and you're gagged?
And Klein2 - what are you on? Maybe Japanese banks could cut staff that drastically but I know that most foreign ones could barely get the job done before the cuts in the last few years.
