My old uncle George from Preston always says "I`m going to see the lights" when he goes to Blackpool. I think the photo is poor and not particualry in the Christmas spirit, just a blur of white lights!!!

UnaqiDon; many of us are well aware what came before the big bang, although it is not fashionable to hold traditional views. God of course was always there and always will be.
The magnificent universe is wonderfull, but we still do not understand the complex nature of it, thus i believe this collider device is an abomination and a threat to all mankind. Even scientists have stated that there is a possibility of a black hole being created, though they say very slim. However slim, we must not tamper in this manner, we must never threaten our planet in the name of science.

USAFdude; Sir, i am more afraid of North Korea at this moment in time. Obama should not appease a tyrannical mass murderer like this.
The North Korean government are worse evil doers than Saddam and much more dangerous. DPRK needs to be liberated by a strong President not be busddies with fake promises.

Obama appeases even the terrorist nation of North Korea. This oustounds moderates like myself, who look on in horror at his doomed foreign policies.
Not content with destroying all the good work done in Iraq and Afghan istan, he is now bowing down to Nort Korea who will use Obama`s weaknesses for political and financial gains. Mark my words folks, this is a dangerous precedent, be afraid, be very afraid!!

Sarge; Great post buddy. This data is fabricated so money grabbing guys like Gore can hoodwink the world into panic.
Warming is not man made, it is due to normal climatic cycles and mother nature. I have studied this with other church elders and we can conclude without doubt, that man made global warming is a myth.
I am not saying teh world has not warmed but recent data says it is cooling and there was a massive snowstorm in the States. Seems kinda strange eh! What do the global warming conspiracists have to say about that!!

adaydream; You are incorrect again! Bush steered us into a great position economically. The war in Iraq was nearly over and the Taliban and Osama were routed.
Fast forward a year and we are in a depression. Iraq is close to entering civil war and the evil doers know we will leave Afghanistan soon, thus are emblodened and at this moment are planning to destroy us and our freedoms which they hate. Obama and his spenthrift way of appeasing his Liberal buddies will rewarding the lazy is making my great nation a laughing stock of the world.

adaydream; You are wrong sir!! Every cent Bush spent was well documented unlike your hero Obama. Bush gave tax breaks to the rich who were overburdened already and taxing the rich has a trickle down effect that even your average Joe can benefit from.
This spending spree is to try to divert the public from the Obama dpression and failures in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Liberals need stronger arguments than just picking on Bush.

We must look at each nations culture and see if it fits into another. I don`t think many Japanese want to stay in a place for a few minutes for an expensive coffee. Japanese are notoriously tight with their money in comparison with westerners and want to get free refills etc andd a comfy seat here they can read their comics or send endless text messages.
Italy likes to spead its culture without demanding others follow their ideals 100%. This bmay be why Italian cusisine and coffe culture is so popular and emulated wordlwide.

LoveUSA; You complain constantly about poesters taling about good looking women but you do the same yourself regarding men, both i find are teribly shallow and contribute nothing to the discussion refarding Italian cafe culture.
Japanese idea of Cafe culture is sitting bdown with a tepid coffe for an hour whilst chain smoking and reading manga. Culture i fear is not in demand in Japan.
